People from at Pro desk are very helpful.

Avoid this location. Not our first issue here. We only come to this location if working in the area. They are not able to provide appropriate service for the professional tradesmen or contractor here. Come here to buy flowers and decorations, and even then, Menards or another HD location has a better selection

I've always gotten consistent great help from most everyone in the store. They seem like they truly like helping their customers!

I had an an amazing shopping experience at the Glenview Home Depot today. Specifically Dick Dorgan helped me with an outdoor lightning project and went out of his way to walk around the store and help me find the items I needed. He cared that my project was a success and if you are at this location, I recommend you find him!

Great customer service and super clean store.

This location is kind of a "boutique" location; not as much stock as most HD locations. However, store has adequate staff to help with any questions and never a problem if you need help loading. Ron at the Commercial desk always goes out of his way to greet me and my peers. Cashiers are always helpful and friendly.

Very friendly staff who are always willing to help with anything I may need. I am able to easily find what I am looking for and if I am not there is always an employee around who will point me in the right direction. They are even willing to help me carry heavy products to my vehicle. I order a lot of stuff online and have it shipped to the store and it is always a breeze to pick up. I tend to ask a lot of questions and I never leave without them answered. Very clean store and organized shelves.

You don’t have to wander around the store because there is an friendly employee at every corner, ready to help!

I shop this store frequently and have always found the employees friendly and more than willing to help. If they do not have the item they will tell you and send you to their larger store.

This is the only store that carried Lemon Cucumbers.I have had them several years ago, and they are delicious!All my friends loved them too, and had never heard about them ,You had 2 plants, and I bought them.I hope that you will have more next year.They are small, and round like a small baseball (hardball), and sweet,rind and all.Thank you.

I appreciate the quantity of handicap parking spaces. As a veteran, I especially appreciate the D.A.V. parking even though I do not need it. Dick Dorgan, the master electrical specialist, is an electrical and knows what and how to explain things electrical. He is friendly and does not talk down to non-electricians. Found what I needed and finished the project quickly and without problems.

Scott asked me if I needed help even though he was in different departments yet he was Knowledgeable about all the questions I asked which is a plus when not knowing what to do. He then spent the time needed to ensure I would get the job done right the first time around and explained difference in brands and what there capable of “Top Notch” well done Home Depot thank you for hiring people who care.

I really appreciate Linda Olson's help on many purchases to my wife and myself. Today my wife and I were shopping together in home depot and we recognized Linda in the same time that she has been giving us professional suggestions and helped us patiently during our remodeling process. We really appreciate HomeDepot hires such nice people like Linda who have made us happy customers.

Thanks for the DAV/ Veteran parking spots. I think that is most admirable that this is the only store that I have encountered that does such a GREAT gesture for the ones who have served their country for the good of every American.

In many ways the smaller Glenview store is friendlier than the big Deerfield store. Both are very helpful, but the Glenview Customer Service Desk is more readily available to help me the moment I walk in. And there's more Glenview HDers in more aisles for occasional help in locating something than in Deerfield, or even Evanston!!

We are rehabbing a new home. We need a lot of stuff!!! We found the personnel to be readily available to help answer questions and help us find what we were looking for. It's a BIG store, as are all Home Depots so this assistance was more than welcome. Additionally, my wife has difficulty walking due to a failed knee surgery. The electric carts and the helpfulness of the personnel made it possible for both of us to shop in such a large store. Thank you.

A day after picking up a rather expensive battery-powered machine I had to return it as the switch was defective, verified by a call to the manufacturer. Naturally I expected the box to be opened and inspected for the contents. The process was done in such a friendly and delicate fashion that I'm convinced the team member was intentionally trying to preserve the dignity of the encounter. Sure makes one feel like coming back again for future needs.

I received guidance on where to find the product I was looking for, then found another employee to help me get it, as it was hard to reach. Employee service was excellent.

I cannot say enough about the help I received at this HD. I have experienced stores in Canada and here and I can say this one does something right. Every employee greets you, asks you if you need anything etc. It's almost strange at first b/c I'm so used to having to hunt ppl down to spend my money.....so grateful for Susan Barnes while buying a large amount of appliances. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

The store is well managed. Salespeople are knowledgeable and very helpful. Greeted when you enter with an offer to help find what ever item you came for. The check out is convenient, friendly, and rapid.
