Had great service shopping at this Home Depot. I needed some two by fours cut to size and they did it quickly and properly for me. At check out, the cashier Dasha was very friendly and offered me a great deal.

I tried to order range/oven through the store. They stated I had to order online therefore, I was unable to get the military discount. When I received the delivery, they left it on the front lawn. I had to pay separately for installation. They could not come to install for another week. The reason I paid extra and have HD install it, so they can time it and install it immediately. But leaving my oven in my front lawn and it will sit there for a week with storm coming is ridiculous. HD should be better organized to time the delivery with installing, especially when doing it through ya'll.

Store is well organized and clean, materials were easy to find. Customer service is excellent, assistance was available at every turn, they go out of their way to acknowledge you and provide assistance. Great store, even better employees.

Everyone in this store is very helpful and friendly. I make frequent trips for one project or another from buying replacement springs for an attic ladder to ordering blinds to kitchen remodel to buying anchors to attach a hook on a hollow wall. There is always someone willing to help.

Todd called me after my first visit to thank me and inform me of a sale. It pushed me forward to return to your store. Usually decisive I found myself a bit stuck. He was patient and kind during my multiple visits to see color choices and styles on blinds.He asked if he could follow up and did, walking me through until I found the right fit. Todd was knowledgeable and gave a great customer experience.

Entire Staff is friendly and helpful!

While recommended, I would suggest that you avoid the cashier named Lisa at all cost. It seems that she has little patience for customers and resorts to embarrassing the customer instead of trying to help. I recently witnessed her yelling at customers because she didn't have any help. I think that patience is something that is a neccessity when it comes to that position. Not everybody understands these days since the customer is expected to do some of their own cashiering.

Awesome friendly service

The Home Depot in Glenview has excellent customer service. I was able to get information on items I needed to continue the remodeling projects that I was working on. The store is clean and organized. They are working hard to keep their customers and their employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am grateful that they are open during this time.

This store is a mess. Store manager wouldn't give the time of day.

Everytime I go here looking for plumbing fittings there are always boxes on the shelf empty.

Personal not helpful at all and I felt like I was being profiled. Except for the paint dept. They were very helpful. My preferred location is in countryside which I would give a 10 star rating. Because i feel welcomed every time i step into thier building. And I step in at least 2 times a week.
