Good store, good people,clean stores and are taking care of customers thanks

Always Friendly Helpful and Smiling Staff. This store keeps shelves stocked and organized which saves a lot of time. I've never had to leave this store to go to another one due to a product being out of stock here.

The employees are well trained on the jobs and they let you know rather you have to much weight on a cart for your safety. To me that is more than an A plus in my book. They know look out for your safety.

From the time I walked into the store the employees were very friendly and helpful.. Customer service at this location was Top grade. Clean store and great product knowledge from the employees.

I had a great experience trying to purchase a refrigerator. The person who helped me, Jim Cagle, was patient, answered all my questions, not at all pushy, and generally very personable. He helped me get a refrigerator to meet my needs. Very much appreciated!

can go to this store when Julian, a Male employee is working, than you are good to go. It seems like the younger employees, under 30, are LAZY, to say the least. I'm not old, mid 40's, but wow, this store needs to address this issue. I have walked around looking for help, and when I get a young person, they act like I'm bothering them. It often find them, texting on their cell phones a lot. Either the store manager is also lazy or is choosing to ignore this problem but this needs to be remedied. I have walked out of this store due to my inability to locate assistance.

A lot of people in the store are not wearing masks. I would recommend going some where else.

I always have outstanding service visiting all Home Depot although this isn't the nearest store to me. I have used it when I'm working it this area of town. I have nothing exceptional to write about this location because my business it brief and then I'm on my way. Keep up the good work!!

I like the store and the people but when it comes to correcting a mistake it is the worst. There was a mistake on my receipt that I didn't catch till I was in the car, and when I went to the return desk they said I would have to bring all of my items back in. For $18.00 discount it was just not worth my time since I did by 4x8 sheets of lumber that day. So be sure to check the total before paying.

This store has very helpful employees unlike some of the other stores. Holly the cashier was pleasant. She told me to have a nice day. David and Henry from the lumber department were personable asking me if I needed help as I was waiting for my friend to get items from the lumber department.

I’ve been at this store at least 5-7 times before and each time has been a complete fail for me as I can never find anyone to help me. Until this last experience with Jim from the painting department. He was the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve come across. I hope I find for all my future experiences at this location. I really came out feeling like I was capable of building anything with his help. Thank you so much for making my experience at this Home Depot incredibly unforgettable!

Great store and friendly knowledgeable staff. Had a great experience today with Juan and Arman who helped me load some fence block in my truck. Highly recommend this store.

I've been going to this store for years and a while back it seemed to be slipping. Wasn't as organized and employees were not as helpful as they once were. Thankfully, someone noticed and did something about it. It is getting to be like it once was when first opened. I like to see that, as we need to get back to what America once was, which is friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and positive. I am happy to give this review so as to give credit where it is due. I always think to go here first and not a few other places that have forgotten that the customer comes first. Thank you for your efforts. Satisfied customer.

The customer service was outstanding! HENRY in LUMBER is a great asset to Home Depot. As a lady who doesn't do projects often, he guided me to everything I needed in every department outside of lumber, after he cut my piece of wood. I would have never known what nails I needed, or what type of paint would be right for my project. He did not hesitate to help me, and give me the confidence and excitement to complete my project by myself! :)

I like this store. Staff is friendly. They had what I was looking for. Store is neat.

Edna was very helpful at the checkout today. She Offered to help check us out with three carts and three kids it would have taken us much longer to do it ourselves. Everyone at this store was friendly and very helpful to assist us in making keys, preparing paint and find landscape items.
