If it’s the closest to your home then I assume you have no choice, but this place has the worst service I have ever seen. People at checkout have no customer service skills and ignore you. Outside in the parking lot.. Watch where you park! Employees can see that a cart is in your path and will not move it. Apparently too much work! Smh

Earl Gibson the store manager has some OUTSTANDING employees. From the time I entered the store until I left I had the BEST customer service at a Home Depot. From Kevin in the Electric Department to Julio in the BBQ Pit area. Everything I needed they provided and just made the experience wonderful. I MUST give props to Mr. Gibson for training his staff on how to provide EXCELLENT Customer Service!

The salespeople were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their whereabouts.

The contractors would like this store, it has great selection of home improvement needs and is located next to a freeway. The staff is well numbered in the days and weekends, in the evenings it’s very scarce. It is a time saver to come in with the old part needed or a photo of the part you are looking for.

Marisela A. at the service desk is extremely helpful, knowledgeable & professional. She takes her time to thoroughly explain things to you & help you as much as she can. My shopping experience was great today!!

The staff here is great! I’m not a professional when it comes to home repairs and I appreciate that the staff is always patient with me. Yolanda is the best cashier! She’s always upbeat and friendly. Customer service plays a very important factor to me. I’m a very satisfied customer! This is my Home Depot.

My husband and I who has ALZ had a verbal altercation in the parking lot for not buying fruit. The store managers handled the issue and went above and beyond to ensure us it will not happen again. Thanks Earl and Cody.

Laura is very unprofessional and rude. Made us feel very uncomfortable. The only reason we will be returning to this location is because of Elsa in appliances. Elsa is amazing and very informative about the appliances we purchased.

I LOVE the gardena home depot store! I spend in two months over 3 thousands dollars to upgrade my panel in material alone. Everybody is nice and I've never had a problem. Everyone knows me and I love everybody. They treat me very well. Never had a problem. Thank you.

Home Depot is always the "go to" for us. Tools, bug spray, paint, garden tools etc. We have warehouses close by and this store is the most convenient. Like anywhere finding employees that are knowledgeable is "hit or miss". I found on my last few visits, that the people were willing to help but needed guidance. I think that attitude trumps lack of knowledge. So I can live with a little frustration if people are trying to help. It was hard to find help a few days ago and needed to search them out. I did not find that they were hiding anywhere it just seemed like they could have had more associates. Unfortunately the guard just checked off on my purchase on Saturday. My employee was loading the cart and a drill (279.00) had been left behind. Today I went back to the store to find the drill. The Asset Protection guys were great, Tony, Alex and Tie. They found the transaction, saw drill was left behind and helped me get the drill back. Great attitude and the transaction went quickly. Cody the Manager was also helpful as was a young girl at the returns counter. So in conclusion, if people are nice and helpful I can come back. They do need to fix the phone situation. I had tried to call twice before I came and no one answered. The young girl at the counter explained that they were really busy with customers and are also expected to answer the phone. Lousy system. My time back in the store could have been cut down by 1/2. Please acknowledge these employees. They were why I will be coming back.

Salespeople are pretty knowledgeable on products that I have purchased. The only reason why I'm not giving a five is because I usually have to walk around to find someone to help me.

BASED ON MY PURCHASE ON 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND ONLY. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER WITH SPECIFIC MANAGEMENT - EARL GIBSON. I WAS VERY PATIENT WITH THIS CREDIT/RETURN FOR OVER 30 DAYS. DELIVERY AND APPLIANCE DEPT DISREGARDED MY RETURN AND NEVER CONFIRMED SHIPMENT AS DAMAGED AND RETURNED TO GARDENA STORE. SPOKE W/ CSR ON PHONE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. WAS TOLD TO GO TO STORE TO FIX ISSUE. HAD OSCAR ZELAYA ASST MGR ASSIST CSR REP TO CONFIRM REFRIGERATOR AS RETURNED WITH NICE LADY WHO JUST WANTED TO FIX THIS ISSUE. THERE IS MAJOR LACK OF OR FOLLOW UP ON THIS SPECIFIC HANDLING OF MY TRANSACTION. I WATCHED AND OBSERVED EARL GIBSON LOOK OVER ASST MGR AND CSR AND DID NOT TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO ALLEVIATE THE SITUATION AS A MANAGER WOULD. THIS WAS NOT A SMALL TRANSACTION THIS WAS WELL OVER 2200.00 DOLLARS. I OPENED THE HOME DEPOT CC FOR THIS PURCHASE. DUE TO THE FRIDGE BEING RETURNED FOR DAMAGE AND DENTS DURING DELIVERY I LOST THE NO INTEREST INCENTIVE FOR 24 MONTHS. THIS WAS ALL PREVENTABLE IF EARL FOLLOWED UP ON MY SPECIFIC SITUATION WITH MELANIE IN APPLIANCES, THE DELIVERY GUYS CONFIRMATION OF RECEIVING DAMAGED FRIDGE, AND FOLLOWING UP WITH ME AS A CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE I WOULD EITHER BUY ANOTHER FRIDGE OR DISREGARD THE TRANSACTION ALL TOGETHER RATHER THEN ME CALL SEVERAL TIMES TO CSR AND FOLLOW UP IN THE STORE TELLING ME IT TAKES 30 DAYS TO RETURN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE UNTIL OSCAR, CSR LADY, AND JEREMY FINALLY REFUNDED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. I DO APPRECIATE THEIR HELP SPECIFICALLY. NOT EARL.

This store is outstanding in my book. Not only are the associates friendly and professional, they are very helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this particular store. More power to the staff and management of the Gardena store.

The Gardena location was great from Mike in plumbing and the young lady and gentleman who helped me outside with patio furniture it was a great experience. All were very helpful.

Mike and Gina were so helpful! Other stores are apathic at best. Gardena is farther from me but the service was super.

Laura was so amazing! She was very helpful explaining and took her time to make sure we found all the supplies we needed!

The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. Everyone says hello and is eager to help you. The selection may not be as extensive as larger Home Depots but you will find what you need and get the assistance!

The associates are friendly and helpful. The only problem I had was that I looked online for what I wanted to make sure Home Depot carried it. The price online is lower than the price in the store.

We were able to find the products we needed. My husband and I were able to get the assistance we needed in a timely fashion. The person helping us was kind, knowledgeable and professional. The store was clean and well stocked. I will shop there again and I will refer my friends.
