The key of this warehouse is the workers. Most of them are very friendly specially Luis Marin and Kris Gentle. They always minimize my time in the store. Thank you guys

This is the best store to shop at... The staff is knowledgeable and is willing to help whenever you need them.

I FOUND THE ITEMS PRETTY EASY, EXCEPT FOR THE BATH ITEMS. SO I ASK FOR HELP AND WAS VERY PLEASED IT DID NOT TAKE LONG FOR ASSISTANCE. ALSO THE STORE WAS CLEAN I WOULD SHOP THERE AGAIN. AND THE CASHIER STEPHANNIE WAS VERY PLEASANT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

Friendly, courteous, always showing an eagerness to assist. I accidentally left my phone in one of the disabled shopping carts; when I called the store to locate it, the staff was very helpful. When I arrived back at the store, the staff recognized me on entrance and immediately stated they had not found the phone. Stayed there for over 45 minutes trying to 'find my phone'. Finally, my best half called my number and one of the staff members answered and explained they found it in the cart and immediately arranged to meet me to retrieve phone. Above and beyond and not one staff member grumbled to reflected disinterest. Kudos to the 0611 Gardena staff and managers. Keep doing what you do.

Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service As Always , NOT A SURPRISE

Customer Service Rep. Marisela was extra helpfully when it came to me and my small issue. She was genuinely concerned and resolved my issue without delay. I then purchased my early Father’s Day gift from her and her customer service of this transaction was through the roof! Thanks Marisela!!!

My experience tonight was one of THE BEST ever. All thanks to an awesome employee name Steven Collins who I believe works in the Garden department. I wasn’t there tonight for any gardening items; I was there for other stuff and thankfully I came across Steven while looking for the items I needed. This man was awesome, very friendly and kind. He knew where everything I needed was at. His customer service skills were on point and his sense of humor was a plus!! To honest, thanks to him, I will definitely be coming back to shop at this store because he made my experience easy to shop and I felt as if he sincerely cared about what I needed and how fast I needed to get out of there. This Home Depot employee was with me through my entire shopping experience just to make sure I got what i needed and if I needed anything else. One of my items was at another isle and he went to get it for me so I don’t have to go out of my way. Super awesome experience’ I had to come to this page and share it with everyone. His name is STEVEN, remember that name so hopefully you are lucky enough to come across him while shopping at Home Depot on 182nd Street in Gardena. Also, the manager Cindy, her customer service skills are awesome. I recommend this Home Depot. I can tell that the person responsible for this store is doing a GREAT JOB!!! The store is well kept, clean and smelled good. Home Depot, thank you!

I will keep this short and simple. "Jasmine" is a HUGE factor when it comes to not shopping here ever again. If you bring your younger children be prepared to have her cussing up a storm and also talking about how she's not the girl to be "messed" with. Let's not forgot to mention she will talk about other people/employees and talk about how she will write bad reviews of them for doing their job because she isn't the girl to be messed with. I will not return to this store and I hope management really takes control of that situation because I am sure I'm not the only person who has probably ran into issues and been HIGHLY disappointed. I cannot express how embarrassed it was to be in a store like this,to be someone who is a representation of this company let alone being a cashier where people deal with her or anyone else if they don't pick the self check out station. It is very very unfortunate that someone like "Jasmine" can sit and talk so bad and just cuss up a storm and have other employee's just laugh and encourage that type of behavior. I didn't catch the other girls names at the time because I really just wanted to get out of the store. Anyways just think again before you want to go to this store and deal with her or anyone else who would condone that behavior.

This store is the best Home Depot all around. I go to this store every week, to get household items. LOVE IT

Overall, I just fill better when I'm at Home Depot for some odd reasons. I guess I love the variety of sections that they offer.

Ana from the paint section was a tremendous help to me. I didn't know where to start with my painting needs and she walked me through what i would needs and tips. I really appreciate the time she took to help me. The cashier at the self check out helped me ring up my things quickly and was overall wonderful. Very happy!

This location has perfect placement near the express entrance and exit of the HOV lane. It’s clean and welcoming. I found the object that I was looking for at a great price. I would visit again and recommend others in the area to visit.

This store is clean and is closed to me...And if we have to buy some hardware this is the recommended.. I was looking for a water heater and I found it here and the associates help me.

I have been purchasing home improvement products from the Gardena Home Depot for several years as I improved a house I owned in Lawndale and now for repairing my late mom's house in Gardena, preparing it for sale. I have always been able to find what I needed at this Home Depot location and the store personnel have always been helpful with advice on items and how to best use them. While this location also sells to contractors I have found that an ordinary home owner such as I am is treated with the same kind of attention and assistance as a bulk-purchase contractor would expect.

If you have any questions about plumbing, go and ask Mike. He knows it all and is willing to help. Great service, Thank you!

Awesome place to shop! everything is available and if not, they will help you order and get it! My salute to ASM Mr. Cody Lorenzen for great customer service and for having a common touch to minority customers like us. He made us felt welcome even if we have an accent and struggled to communicate our shopping needs in English and he treated us like vip's. his firm handshake is proof of his sincere gratitude for shopping the home depot and made an impression that he lives with the american virtue that all men are created equal under God. thank you sir not only for the great customer care but also for serving and defending this great country of ours that make it possible for immigrants like myself to have a safe and better life here in America. thank you home depot for the great products and great people you provide to the community. im excited for my next shopping spree!

THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARENT VERY HELPFUL WITH ONE EXCEPTION ED IN FLOORING. I NEEDED HELP IN PLUMBING NO ONE CAME. I ONCE STOOD IN APPLIANCES FOR 20 MINS WAITING TO PURCHASE ONE OF MANY REFERS I BUY, AND WAS FORCED TO GO ALL THE WAY TO LUIMBER TO FIND HELP. I MANAGE 104 APTS AND IM ALWAYS AT HOME DEPOT BUT CHOOSE TO DRIVE FURTHER DUE TO SERVICE AT182 ST STORE

The store was fully stocked with products that I need, and overall I preferred shopping at home depot over Lowe's. Home depot services are better equipped for the customer and honor returns and questions with no problem. I always enjoy the experience because it is one stop shopping Michael Shannon
