Great experience from start to finish. The Flooring Specialist Vincent Voltaggio was amazing.

Mr. Bill in solo an Ed has good knowledge of the store. He helped us to purchase a storm door. He knows the layout do the store as well as the process for a multi-step purchase like buying a storm door and installing it. He is fantastic. I recommend asking for him.

Della was a great help solving the problem with my "on line" order, and completed it over the phone. She provide great customer service!

Your associate up front was Unprofessional when I approached the desk to ask if I could check out. She was sitting down doing nothing and rolled her eyes at me. I have been in customer service for a long time and I would never behave that way to anyone. I have been a long time customer in the Forked River store and always had a great experience until this time. On my sale receipt It’s states sale cashier Jessica-Lee . I’m hoping I never have that kind of rude behavior again. Thank you

This store is conveniently located and usually very stocked We always go there specifically to see Mr Bill who often helps us in all departments he is always so willing to lend his expertise and he is so personable He's one of the reasons we keep coming back!!

After spending almost 20,000 on a kitchen through home depot. I was forced to purchase a brand new refrigerator because my existing one would not fit. Kitchen was designed for a 36" fridge exactly at 36"s. come to find out it is industry standard to design openings at 36-1/2" because most refrigerators have what are known as bellies in them and stick out past spec'd measurements. (So much for a professional kitchen design.) Store manager johns solution? he doesn't have one because he's not a kitchen designer! But makes sure to tell me he's a problem solver. Corporates answer? $100 gift card. I will do my best to not spend another dollar at home depot. Bring as much business as you can elsewhere.

The store was very clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. Mostly everything was in stock that I can see. I always use this Home Depot.

It's great to have a Home Depot in town. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I've never had a problem getting anything I've needed and it's been easier to run in and out and get something since the COVID restrictions aren't as strict anymore.

Even with this covid19 disrupting everything the store employees were very knowledgable and friendly, and I will always go to the Forked river home depot

There is too much crap in the aisles to be able to move through the store - but you're supposed to keep 6 feet away? The only area where there is parking that you don't have to walk a mile for is filled with MULCH and FENCING. Can't that be out on the other side of the parking lot? They are supposed to be limiting the number of people in the store but that's a joke. It looks like a normal day like any other day. Sell, sell, sell - don't worry about keeping people safe or happy.

The people at the store were great. I was buying trees for my yard, and that cart that I brought in was not large enough. The sales guy in the garden area got a cart for me, helped me load it, and showed me where the other things I needed were. When I was ready to load my car, there were people at the exit who offered to help without being asked, and got everything into my car for me.

Excellent curb side experience. Customer service was wonderful! Love the signs for curb side and the ext# on the signs. Very well organized. I would suggest you let the other stores know what your doing too.

I love the recent addition of the self checkout registers.

Due to the Pandemic going on my beautiful wife and I are working from home. We are both in support roles and use computers to do our job. We lost power right in the middle of the day that put us in a bad way. This being the 3rd or 4th time since Storm Sandy and since working from home posses a challenge. I decided to run down to Home Depot to pick up a portable generator. There was a very line of other visitors picking up stuff and made it in about 20 minutes. I see all the usual friendly faces even with masks on. I didn't see the generator right away so an employee showed me where to look. I found exactly what I planned on picking up and made my way to the cashier. They offered some assistance to put the generator in my vehicle. Other then the limited amount of people allowed in the store and some masks I didn't see any difference between today and past visits. Craig Menear CEO should be very proud of these workers for their work and dedication, I know I am!

Generally okay to shop here but (although few) some employees need some customer service training.

This is by far the best Home Depot I have been to! Staff is friendly & professional. BEST customer service hands down!
