Store is always clean. Staff is friendly. It’s located directly across from us making it easy to finish our home projects. I can always find what I need.

My wife and I had a serious concern with an exterior door order. Assistant Manager, Rich Price was positive, calm, and professional in rectifying the issue for us. He spent well over an hour with us making she that we were satisfied customers.

This store is clean and very helpful in getting what I needed to do my bathrooms. And my products were in stock for delivery. And if the products were not in stock there I would either get it from another Home Depot or wait until they get it in stock. I love my Home Depot

The Forked River store of Home Depot seems to always have the items I need for my projects, The store is clean and organized. And the staff are friendly and polite.

Often when visiting a home store it is hard to find assistance. The Home Depot in Forked River was the opposite. Every employee I encountered offered help in finding items or just offered a friendly hello. As a woman unfamiliar with home repairs, I felt comfortable in the store and no one made me feel like I was in the wrong place.

Customer service staff is always extremely courteous and helpful.

The people at this store are always very helpful. i live in Philadelphia and shop the Home Depot on Oregon ave and the customer service is non existent there.
