Associates are very friendly & helpful. Beware at night, the parking lot is pitch black. They have lamp posts but don't turn on the lights. Watch your step & your surroudings

Do you like people who save you money? I do! I went somewhere else and nearly got totally ripped off. Somewhere across the street. Came in with an $1100 quote from those idiots and said, "Can you help me save money?". Anthony and Mike in Flooring said, "Let's see what we can do.". Indeed they did! I got better padding and 15 year warranty carpet, same as the others, for $500!! That's right. HALF! I like half. I like half a lot. You know what else I liked? The carpet installer, USIG, and the installer "Pio", were the best I've ever experienced. Great People, Great Prices, Crappy Website! Hate Home Depots lousy website. Still, the Storefront is the best. Much praise and happiness over this purchase. I'm moving my business to HD. Highly Desirable. High Definition. I love this Home Depot.

Cashier named Leola was extremely rude when I respectfully pointed out a simple mistake she made. I was trying to use the cashiers so they keep their jobs but I'll only come back and use the self check out from now on. She ruined my entire visit and mood.

Alvin was very helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain about 10 different project ideas for my new house as well as lead me to the products and equipment I asked about and he was just overall a very nice person.

My favorite Home Depot Location. Always awesome to visit the knowledgeable folks in the garden department. Shoutout to the new guy Chuck for going above and beyond to try and help us with our purchase.

Found what I was looking for thanks to the workers who literally walked me to the place I needed to look; yes, I asked "Can you tell me where I would find..." super clean and then my cashier, Leola was one in a hundred with her energy, kindness, caring and help.

Excellent attention to customer's needs

This review is strictly for the employees in the tool rental department. Went in on Saturday 08/08 to get the pricing and availability on a pressure washer. Met Jim the furthest thing from helpful, told him what I was looking for and what I was using it for. They only had the gas pressure washer in stock so I asked when he expected the electric ones in stock he said "well I don't know I didn't rent those out ‍". Home Depot is a big enough company to have a system that states the expected availability. I wasn't in the mood to force anyone to do their job so I left. Returned on 08/16 and swore that if I saw Jim again I would ask for a manager or another employee for assistance. Little did I know that John would be just as useless. He saw 2 females and tried to up sell as best as he could. First said that the electric wouldn't be able to get the job done. We needed the gas which is $67 for 4 hrs. I told him we would take the electric for 4 hours for $27. This must have blown his eardrums that a female is able to read. He kept telling me "you need to speak up" "I can't hear you" which is odd because everyone else was able to. I can’t see a piece of plexiglass being that sound proof. So I played his game and yelled my order. He then starts to flip through his manual as if he's never heard of this before. It's fine to not know everything about your job but to be useless and have a bad attitude is a horrible combination. I know not everyone is happy about their job but that's not a paying customer's fault.

A couple weeks ago I misplaced my wallet after the self checkout kiosk. I didnt realize it was gone until about 4 hours later. I called the store and an employee had turned it in. Cash was still in the wallet was were all of the other contents. I can't thank that employee enough! Great job Home Depot!

This is a good store and easy to shop. Very friendly and helpful. Good stock. Someone is always there to assist me. The associates are always a great help they will find someone for your questions to be answered. They always take their time with me. I'm always their priority.

I have been going to the Altamonte Springs Home Depot location for years, but this is the first time I have written a review for it. Because I am not a pro with home improvement I always have questions, and the employees are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful each and every time I go there. With their help, I have successfully completed DIY projects around my home. I highly recommend going to this store for your home improvement needs.

Everyone was very helpful and patient

Placed an order online and received a text stating my order was ready. Went a few hours later and they only had 2 of the 5 that I ordered. Didn't get a call that they didn't have them, even though the website stated they had 14 on hand. Very inconsiderate and miserable customer service.

Cashier at pro services was nasty and rude.

The Store is conveniently located. However some of the cashier's here are very rude. They are short tempered and short with patience. They need retraining.

All the people were friendly, and appreciate their help because had many items to checkout and pickup. Some people were too busy to help, and was not able to find some items if you had them.
