This Home Depot is understaffed and poorly managed. I feel for the staff trying to do their job here. Compared to other Home Depot's in Leesburg and Casselberry, trying to get something out of the locked cabinets is 1/2 hour wait.... minimum. Mangers refuse to come out back to help or support employees when paged or requested. There are other Home Depots in area that are run much better.

Husky Headlamp comes with three AAA batteries. The batteries are dead. Be careful.

I love this Home Depot the most of all in the area. The associates are friendly and knowledgeable.

Home Depot is well laid out and the Home Depot Team Members are polite, courteous and ready to assist when you look for anything or have questions. They are my Favorite Home Depot Store and set the bar for the competitors. Very Good Experience to shop there.

I claim this Home Depot as my home store due to convenience and shopping here ever since it was first built. I made freinds with numerous staff members who have retired and I miss them for their tremendus knowledge of the best home maintenance products to use based on project I was working on. Great company, leadership and emloyees helping customers trust investing their time, effort and money getting great results in return.

I bought a hedger and wanted to maintain the same battery that I currently use with my other equipment. The associate was informative and helped in my purchase and experience. Having enough people to help us important in the building and handy work for most novices like myself.

Today, I found an amazing employee who deserves recognition. Danny in the Garden Dept I have for years worked in customer service.Many business fail due to uncaring employees. This employee will make you feel like you made a friend for life! He greeted me kindly, asked if I needed any help,then took me where I needed to find the item,loaded it,took it to cashier and to my car. All this with a cheerful happy conversation! Danny is a hard working,caring people person! What an asset to your store!!

The employees are pleasant and helpful (when you can find one). The store is often out of stock on items. The survey has too many numbers to enter.

Zach in the paint department of this store is phenomenal. He has assisted us a few times with paint for projects in our home. He ALWAYS goes above and beyond to exceed the needs of the customer. He is personable, professional and skilled at what he does. I know when I need paint, and Zach is working, it will be just perfect. He is timely and does a wonderful job.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and a Frigidaire stackable washer dryer. Both turned out to be manufacturer defective. Manufacture refused to replace, offered to repair. I was adamant - no repairs on new appliances. Home Depot came through for me and replaced both.

Ms. Bonnie Beraldi, is Deff. One of Altamonte Springs, Florida Home Depot that should get multiple Employee of the month(s) Deff. Goes out of her way to find whatever you need, big or small. AND She always does it with a smile I always look forward to seeing if she is working when visiting this store.

Such a quick and convenient place to get your tree. The employees are so kind and helpful! They have the tree trimmed, bundled, and loaded into your car in under 10 minutes. We get our tree here every year and it’s always a top tier experience!

I was at Home Depot close to the time they were closing for Hurricane Ian. I was frazzled and worried about getting last minute preparations done before the hurricane. Pat and Cameron were incredibly helpful and kind to me. They kept me calm and helped me get the items I needed and put in my vehicle just minutes before the store closed. Thank you, Pat and Cameron!

The staff in the Garden Center are pretty amazing in answering questions and helping you get your truck loaded. They are very knowledgeable as well.

We are remodeling our home and there are two Home Depot’s close to us. We choose the Forrest City location every time for convenience, employees, and product availability.

I've been going to this store since the day it opened. Always a great experience and always have everything I need at great prices. The workers are great, some I've known for years and the news ones are great as well. Love coming here. OH!!!! and the Hot Dog lady is back FINALLY!!!

I have shopped at many Home Depots in my life and had a very positive visit. The Altamonte Springs store stands head and shoulders above the rest for their overall staff friendliness, spotless store, and choice of merchandise.

Bonnie Beraldi made my shopping experience for a home project a very pleasant one! She noticed the confused and indecisive look I had and assisted me without hesitation. Guiding me effortlessly like the blind and helpless soul I was. I felt soo comforted and reassured by her expertise. So glad she was around to help!

Took me a few visits to finally decide on window treatments. The associate was very helpful, patient and considerate. Because of her, Josie, and her manager Bree, I now have a trust with that store that I don't have with other home improvement stores.

Never have I had such a bad experience in your store. While waiting in line to pay, Gemma very rudely told me to wait while she counted her money. She never said please or I’m sorry , she she told me to wait and completely ignored me. I then went to the other cashiers line and she was a little more friendly but not much.

rude didn't care to do her job, had no care to even pay attention to customer too busy trying to talk with other boys. line took for ever to move didn't even bag my items, took three times to hand her my money

I bought an item online, picked up, and the two employees Claude and the Desennys(sorry for wrong spelling). The only thing that was upsetting, no instructions to mount dora. So now, door's not properly installed. Big disappointment also, your online site is not friendly at all. Lots of frustration, I had to call a few times for help, and I'm not stupid or slow, I work for a bank so I think I'm pretty smart LOL and one agent on the phone was so incredibly rude that I had to report him. But these folks at both store locations in Altamonte springs and Apopka went above and beyond. I know it's not easy to deal with customers who are upset but I was not even cursing or yelling at the guy on the phone he just didn't care about my issue and felt it was all about getting money back for free. I don't need for anyone to give me anything for free because I have money, God provides everything I need.

I needed to find a screw for a car sun visor I replaced that didn't come with one so I headed to Home Depot, confident the employees would help me because it had a particular thread that had to match to work. And of course, I wasn't let down because while Bonnie in Hardware initially assisted me, she couldn't locate the item I needed so instead of sending me on to another store, she got Joe who had just clocked in and he found it right away! I now have my new sun visors securely in place! Thanks Bonnie and Joe!
