Yuleidy and Ricky- Home Depot's A -Team!!!

I went to this store a lot with my family. The store is very good with products. It's clean. I can find stuff I want. But we always have problems finding employees to help us find stuff. Employees seem don't care. Associates are not friendly and helpful.

Angel in the paint department is a GEM! He is knowledgable ,consumer friendly and personable!

customer service is horrible.

Cashier named Anita is rude to customer.

The employees at the Flushing homedepot is more knowledgeable than other HD I've visited.

Look for Manager Brandon if you have any kind of issue when it comes to customer service at the floor covering section. After a long wait for an associate to assist my wife and I, Mr. Brandon personally assisted Us with the selection of items we were looking for. Mr. Brandon is not only an excellent supervisor, but he is also a person who understands what fair and efficient treatment is about. The best experience I've had shopping at home depot thus far.

This is by far the best customer service by far that I recieved from home depot. Mirianela in cleaning department went above and beyond to help me and my family. Thank you Home Depot

This 5 star review is for the sale cashier, Odalys, that helped me sorted out my purchase items professionally and swiftly, due to the inventory mix up, so that I didn't have to go back to the lumber section, repick the 50pcs of correct lumber and get back on the huge line during peak hour. Promote her!!

Commending ‘appliances‘ assistant for her diligent work in identifying a warehouse unavailable item that she remembered to have seen in storage. I later requested a manager from customer service and they went to get him right away. As i spoke to him highly of Audrey, the manager Alphonse said he was the one who helped her bring down the item ! Staff doing their job: well !

I generally shop at the College Point location because of what seems to be less of a crowded surrounding and parking lot.Recent visit was pleasant though....with associate being quick and efficient.

The Flushing home depot has the best staff on hand. From Managers Natalya, David, Michael, and Michael from plumbing to the staff working outside are the best I've encounter. I thank you all for allowing me to share the benefits of what home depot provides.

The Flushing Home Depot is my go to place whenever I have a project to complete. The employees there are always willing to assist me in what I need. Thank you!

Ana I -provided us great customer service. I cannot say the same for some of the other employees. Most persons I asked for assistance from denied to help. I do enjoy shopping at homedepot and those who have and continue to be wonderful keep me coming back.

The employees are not happy to ask about the location of the goods. its almost invisible!

Recent visit experience was very pleasant with products appropriately placed and found an employee in every aisle I visited for prompt help and technical help to a non-technical person. Ample Parking, appropriate and conveniently located in a very safe neighborhood with well stocked items required for Home and commercial repairs, hardware, kitchen etc

We were looking for a 7.5 ft christmas tree that was on sale for $702 and this store had only 5 left. There wasnt much workers around to assist with the tree so my wife and i did it ourselves. As we went to pay a nice helpful employee name Ricky was working the line to offer business home depot card. We end up opening a home depot credit card after Ricky told us the perks of having one and all its savings. Ricky was genuinely very helpful. He wasnt pushy or aggressive. I also inquire about drills and he was very knowledgeable. He gave nice tips and recommendations. I have other stores closer to me but i would definitely come to this store. Having genuine employees helping you and are invested in your projects/dyi are a rare thing to come by.
