This is a good place to shop. Good selection i like the plants. Ana the cashier is very friendly and nice person. Knows the store very well and will get you the help you need if she doesnt know the answer.

This store is terrible. Parking lot is trashed. Lights in parking lot at night don’t work. Difficult to find items you need. This store is poorly run.

The customer service area to return an item is poorly staffed. There’s always long lines in that area. I go to this Home Depot because it’s the nearest to my house But when I visit other Home Depot stores further away they are always so much better.

Came here for a new refrigerator and this employee from the refrigerator and washer and stove area. She was sooo nice and helpful. This the first time I've seen her in that area so I'm not sure if she works in that area but she's very helpful & nice. Like she went over and beyond, I just had to write a review, it'll be wrong not to. She even search other fridges to see if there's other better ones and she took her time with me. Her names Sophie Yip not sure on the first name but last name is Yip but very helpful and patience. Excellent service on her part.

When I was arriving this HomeDepot location to pick up my online order, I usually ended up without anyone telling me where and exactly who do I go to. Now, there is an associate whose name is Meaghan(found out later) calling out with her clear voice, " You are coming to pick up? Come with me." She brought me right away to her register and started asking me with my order number. She was delighted to tell me that I didn't have to wait until one of the order comes in on December, and she showed me all way to the shelve to get a different ounce one. She even told me that this product works with most of the customer and it was the best, and indeed, it works when I got home. I had tried other clog drainer in other the hardware store but it didn't work.

I had a great experience at this store. I came across multiple associates who were super nice, super friendly, and asked me if I needed help without my prompting them. The first associate basically walked me through the process of building my own window screen, which....I cannot even begin to say how nice that was of him to do. In the end, I just ordered the window screens I needed because I got a lot of projects to do. lol, but I still really appreciated the first associate's help. The 2nd associate I had to mention also because I had gone to another home depot at another location and the windows guy from that department was so not helpful. I had to make multiple trips to provide the info he wanted and then in the end, he said it wasn't possible. I was annoyed to say the least, but THIS HOME DEPOT WAS AWESOME. lol Super nice and super helpful people and I got what I needed so quickly and efficiently!

I was very impressed with the help from Meaghan which was better then most associates I've dealt with but then when she went out of her way to make sure my son got one of the kids projects to take home, no in person kids workshops due to covid-19, I was blown away with that service.

Meaghan and Marcus are two of the most helpful, nice, and amazing workers I have ever met at a Home Depot. Meaghan worked past the end of her shift in order to make sure we were able to find what we needed. Marcus helped us get a huge vanity off of a top shelf. I applaud whoever hired and trained these two employees! I had an extremely pleasant experience here tonight, and I thank them.

It is clean, organized and really so easy to park the car.

Compared to any of Home Depot stores I’ve visited in New York, this is by the my favorite. My last visit here really went beyond my expectations. From great customer service from one of the workers, Shemhoy, to great selection of goods, I would return in the future! Thank you HOME DEPOT!
