In all my years going to different HD I have never had an employee approach me to help me and then ask me to give him a tip. Unbelievable.

On December 20, 2023 5:10PM Daniela from customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed like it was a bother when we were asking questions about an item in stock. She did not want to be there.

I very rarely wait with reviews about businesses I shop at or go to, but I just feel that I really had to do it this time because something has to be done. It’s a shame that the store of this magnitude is not focused on customer service

From the moment i walked in with my whole shopping list, many people were tripping over themselves to accommodate

An employee was very rude to me and helped me poorly. He wouldn’t answer my questions back and he wouldn’t make my shopping experience any better. He had to make it so harder for me and difficult on purpose. You guys need to train your employees better to improve customer service.

Thanks to Bridget, I got a brand new replacement set of keys!! She was fantastic, funny, nice & knowledgeable!! It was nice considering that Home Depot staff usually don't offer help & look pretty miserable all the time!! Facts!!!

I purchased a Samsung.gas oven which included installation and removal of old oven. The technician clearly indicated that he did not have the correct wrench for the job and did not want to spend any more time on this particular job. All the job called for was an adjustable wrench. My building maintenance supervisor completed the jon in 5 minutes and removed the old oven. This is the first bad experience I have had with your store in the past 3 decades, so in fairness it was an exception to the norm.

Staff was extremely friendly. They were knowledgeable about the products offered. The cashier line moved very fast with the assisted self checkout. Sale Cashier Emmanuel did a wonderful job. Thank you Home Dept.

I came here to buy a tree and Richard M helped immediately, had no problem to open up any tree we wanted to see, great help and even helped us put the tree on the car. Great service.

I had a very heavy load (pallete of tiles and supplies) Maria and Emmanuel helped me to my car and loaded it everything into my car and refused a tip afterwards. They are incredible employees. All employees should follow their model.

I recently purchased a home and been to a few different Home Depot’s- most of the time the employees don’t care to help or seem miserable. This time I met Nicole while I was purchasing in garden and she was the sweetest person, so welcoming and really went out her way to help me. There was also such a long line of rude people and she handled it so graciously, such a nice person I will def come back to this Location because of her.

I just want to commend a very helpful and professional staff, her name is Shontay and she is responsible for the blinds customization. Without her help, the shutters in my new home would not have been completed, because other employees would not take the initiative to help customers.

Ask for Shak. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Shak ran the whole store with me even took my two carts to the register and told me anytime I return back to the store to please look for him and I will!

Product I wanted was not in Hardware Dept. Maria cashier was able to find it for me.

Store managers and staff are very friendly. They are helpful and kind. Store was clean. Make sure you know what you need to buy so you can get in and out quickly. Store is very large. I will go back to this store again!

From manager to associates, poor response to no response to resolve issues with purchases made of over $4000. Had to call customer care # to get anyone to listen.
