Arrived on a President Day to gather lumber for a project (ramp) to help my mom who is in declining health, staff in the lumber department listen to my project and helped me gather a load all of my supplies! excellent customer service.

The store was very clean. Products were easy to find. Waiting time very insignificant.

Yarilyn and Jennifer assisted me and did an excellent job helping my pregnant wife and I. Thank you ladies.

The customer service Associates aren't very helpful do not have reliable information. asked for it manager and they made excuses it be over an hour. When you find a customer service associate their standing with two others looking at their cell phones instead of helping the customers. They do not restock item properly we go there looking few things and they are out I actually asked for help from one of the customer service associate but I do not even think they looked on the computer and told us maybe they'll be in tomorrow she doesn't know.

Love shopping at my local Home Depot because of the service I receive from the Associates when needed is great.. Thank you for making my showing experience go smoothly

If you need a Home Depot certainly go. I was not impressed at all with the customer service. I saw a dozen employees and was never offered help. I (the customer) had to approach an employee for help in finding a item. Afterwards, I wasn’t taken to it and further helped. I was told how to find the location and then I needed more help.

excellent conditio, clean store and the employees are very knowledgeable on where products are and stay with you on assisting until you are satisfied.

So glad that Home Depot is near by my residence. I always have some project or home improvement I'm working on. Since I own a 10 acre property and building on it, Home Depot is my first place to see if it has a power tool or hardware supplies even air conditioner that my old one could not perform any longer. It's on the net so I go check first to see on the website to see if Home Depot has it in stock I can check other Home Depots at other cities too if the one near me doesn't have it. I don't know how I could cope without Home Depot, my neighborhood store, so convenient. Thanks for being in Florida City, FL Lots of smiles here.

Robert in the paint department rocks. He knows his paint and paint supplies, and can point you in the right direction. And, generally, the staff at this store knows their inventory and is friendly and efficient. Good selection and good values as well.
