Always a pleasure to purchase from, return to and visit. Returns from online purchases are NO PROBLEM, with or without receipts so long as you have the credit card! Everyone is knowledgable and super helpful.

I have used this store for hardware, gardening supplies, plants and lighting and electrical supplies as well as major appliances and wall to wall carpeting. I have found employees of the store to be unfailingly friendly and well informed about the merchandise. I have shopped there for years and have never been disappointed.

store employees really try to help you find what you are shopping for so you dont have to go spending your time searching and searching. they are very hepful

The Flemington store usually always has what we are looking for and if not they have something very similar. Joe from the Lighting department was great. He was there to make sure we found what we were looking for.

Great experience at Home Depot in Flemington! The associates were super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were picking up several random items and needed a lot of help finding them and choosing the correct products. The store was clean and well-stocked. I would highly recommend this store.

The Flemington 0941 store Tool Rental provides excellent fast service. The department provides excellent customer service + spends extra time to understand you needs in order to provide the best price performance of each rental .

Very unfriendly and condescending associate in tool rental department. Worst experience at a Home Depot ever. Would return but not to that dept.

The Flemington is an excellent Home Depot to shop in. The Pro Desk provides excellent knowledgeable service. The Tool Rental department provides fast friendly service. The Customer Service desk is excellent as well. The Home Depot Pro Program is excellent for builders and contractors. Flemington Home Depot has a helpful friendly associates staff and an excellent hands-on available management team. As a builder and a contractor my first choice Home Depot store is store #0941 Flemington NJ.

Today associate at the Home Depot in Flemington, NJ provided me with outstanding customer service. I purchased a shed and the associate was professional, thorough and helpful. She even reached out to the store manager who was readily available to answer any questions or concerns she may of had. Her main focus was to make sure my order was perfect. And it was! This is the worst store providing poor merchandise to customers at curbside that they have to waste time and energy to go back into store and get product themselves

There was a cashier that was very negative towards me. I use my fathers Home Depot card and I didn’t have it today. I asked her if she could look it up and she said in a very negative way that she would not be able to look it up without his license even though in the past other cashiers have been able to.

Garden Center employees Julia and Dan went out of their way to help me with my mulch purchase. Dan even loaded the mulch bags onto a cart and pushed it to my car where he then loaded the bags into my trunk.

We've been to many home improvement stores for the items needed for our many projects. This store was the best by far for having the selection of products needed. We did not have to have someone paged or or to wander through the store looking for assistance. A person who worked in the department asked if we needed help right away and provided that assistance until we found what we needed and were fully satisfied. He even went above and beyond by calling other stores to ensure that we were able to obtain the full supply we needed. The self-checkout assistant immediately provided help and ensured that my husband received his veteran discount. It could not have been a more pleasurable experience.

I Bought some lumber and an associate from the lot, asked if I needed help I told him no.but he saw me struggling with it and insisted that he help.so I didn't get injured. I really appreciate him and the customer service from him and the store

I did not get the first woman‘s name that helped me, but I needed an item that was high up on a shelf. She was right there when I needed help and she grabbed the ladder quickly. Another employee, Carol, offered to bring the items to the front of the store because I had a baby stroller with me. Not only did she bring them to the front but she grabbed a cart and walked me to my car. She waited until my daughter was safely in her car seat and the items were inside my vehicle. She went above and beyond. I had gone inside a Lowe’s location a few days prior, with the baby stroller, and I had a hard time holding the items and pushing the stroller. No one offered to help. Thank you Carol!

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING, STEVE FROM FLOORING OF SO HELPFUL IN MY PURCHASE OF FLOORING, KANCHAN IS APPLIANCE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN MY PURCHASE OF WASHER/DRYER AND CAROL IN CLOSET SHELVING AREA WAS VERY HELPFUL NOT ONLY SHELVING MATERIALS BUT ALSO IN LOCATING EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO INSTALL A POST AND MAILBOXES. THE STORE WAS CLEAN AND THE TEAM MEMBERS WORKED COHESIVE.

Great level of customer service. I recently made a big purchase from a competitor and had an issue with the item as it didn't work. Long story short I was back and forth to that location 5 times and every time received the worst customer service. I told my wife that I am no longer shopping there and we will use Home Depot from now on. I had to make another big purchase and went to Home Depot and met Carol at the Flemington NJ location. She was such a pleasure to work with and helped me with my carpet.
