Very unsatisfactory and associates not friendly or willing to help stood in Electrical for 20 min and associate came then started with another customer walked off then didn’t return I waited 25 more min still didn’t return just left after that Chesterfield and Overland is my new choice if U have to deal with Home Depot

Rene at customer service was fantastic and pleasant.

Was able to go right in get help from store clerk and was on my way in no time very satisfied everyone was genuinely friendly

This particular Home Depot has a number of employees that are available to assist the customers; from the entrance to the exit.

An employee by the name KeKe, would be an awesome trainer for new employees. By doing so, I think the store will continue to be a more special "go to location" besides the other area locations, in my opinion. Upon leaving this evening, I found everything I came for due to the assistance I received. The store was very clean and neat. The associates I came across were all friendly and professional. Home Depot does not care about what you bought once you Exit Store. I bought New Appliances,and they Damaged My Home. They said there not Responsible,you need to call the Delivery Company. 2 Years later still not taken care of????????

Every time I'm in there I have the Hardest time trying to get Help. I'm a Disabled Veteran they can see it,it is Very Obvious when I can barely walk,and all bent over to left Terribly. The Bald Grey Headed old Man at the Contractor's desk. see's Me every time I come in. I always ask Him for Help and He makes Me wait at least 10 Minutes,and He never is Friendly!

It is the staff that makes this location special. A very nice group of employees and very helpful!

This is a nice store with plenty of familiar faces. Love the family atmosphere. It is a place where you start to know associates by name who really care about your home project! P.S. this is for the store on Halls ferry Rd. near near Saint Louis Community College.

Frequent visitor, and have found most of staff very friendly and knowledgeable about products and store layout. What is generally impressive is the particular staff member is unsure, they call on another staff member that knows the area (product or uses). Even managers come to the aid in solving a problem. Most items are easy to find, but the associates always ask if you seem to be wandering around and give good directions. The store is very clean inside. The thing that really impresses me is that they speak and ask how you are when not at work, and seem concerned if what you bought did what you needed>

I have always came to this location even before I moved in the area. Love you all.

I had a great experience at this store. The store was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. At the paint department the employee had a lot of knowledge about my project.

HOME DEPOT IS THE BEST OF THE WEST! MY HUSBAND AND I (BLESS HIS SOUL) WERE IN THE STORE SO MUCH WE WERE TEASED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT WE HAD STOCK IN THE STORE, OR MAYBE WE WERE EMPLOYEES INCOGNITO. IT WAS JUST THAT HOME DEPOT HAS THE MOST AND THE BEST OF EVERYTHING, AND WOULD EVEN RENT EQUIPMENT OUT. IF AND ITEM WAS NOT IN THE STORE ONE IS REFERRED TO THEIR ONLINE STORE, WHICH IS AFFILIATED WITH MERCHANDISE VENDORS. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ASSISTANCE IS ALWAYS MET WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE. LIKE I SAID, THE BEST OF THE WEST - HOME DEPOT!
