As a person who has been through more than 500 Home Depots across the country, I would just tell you this, the store is by far the worst Home Depot across the country. I’ve walked in to the store to return an item in which was purchased less than two months ago but the customer service clerk declined my request outside their return policy. Therefore, I’ve asked to talked to the store manager name “Felix “He has waked to me, point his finger at me and declined the return request without any explanation of their return policy. Wow! If he was really the store manager as he said he was it was very obvious that he didn’t go through any training program as the store manager

I had a GREAT visit to this store! I stopped in for some little house plants (which all looked healthy, and that rarely happens!), and was treated a clean store, and to great customer service. Louise the greeter and Linda my cashier were both very pleasant, warm, helpful, and courteous. Louise saw me struggling to carry my little plants and went and found me a box to put them in! Linda made nice conversation as she efficiently rang me out. Both women reminded me that good customer service is not a thing of the past, and made my shopping trip a pleasure.

Needed help finding the product, no problem, an employee was right there to help. The store was orderly and clean. The employee guided me through the whole process of all of the products needed. Great store, go see for yourself, you will be pleased.

Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator waited almost 2 weeks to get deliver, I took off work to be home to receive it waited all day when it finally arrived the delivery guy came in and told me it was damaged so it never reached my door step. That was disappointing! The delivery company called later to tell me it will be another two weeks before they could redeliver another one the icemaker/ water panel was peeled of the door. I complained to the salesperson she said she doesn't have anything to do with it I would have to talk with management. I spoke with management he said that he would give me my money back or I can come in and get a cheaper one or a higher one to let him know what I decided on. Well I think I could have picked a cheaper or higher one on my initial trip there facts! Well I decided to go with a different brand which the store manager said it was a $400 different he could split the differences. That was not satisfactory to me my delivery dater was still not going to be for two weeks . I can go further in-depth to tell you my reason for not going with the decision of getting another refrigerator but I won't. I went back into the store to do a return on the refrigerator the department head Cathleen was so rude I waited almost 30 minutes to do the return she in fact had me standing there while texting on her personal phone which is totally a disrespect to me as a customer. Finally I will say I got my money back. The moral of the story is I didn't get taken care of as a customer! Don't buy a black Frigidaire refrigerator unless it is an actual display in the store.

The store is clean, friendly employees and I can find just about what I need.

Go for a quick shop.

The employees at the Ferguson store are always pleasant, even if you have a return. The guys in the flooring department are extremely helpful, patient and nice! They helped me with the tile I needed and the measurements I had. The store was clean, as it always is when I go to this store. The cashiers are extremely friendly, they greet you and always say "have a nice day!"

Friendly and helpful associates made my shopping experience delightful. Only negative was that the store didn't have the vinyl flooring in stock. I really appreciated that the associates was very helpful in making sure it was ordered online.

My overall experience at this location was wonderful would be shopping here again soon.

The employees are wonderful here.

This store's employees would benefit from some training on how to tell the customer the truth. Out of multiple employees, I only had one tell me the truth (that the product was NOT in and was NOT on its way to me by delivery). Purchasing something in the store would be fine, I assume. Just when ordering something not in stock, be wary. Or talk to Leslie. She will tell you the truth.

I really like that the same associates remain. It's almost like family to go thru the store get what I need and have these people to greet and share a moment about the project or day with, and wish them to have a great day as well.

Please make this store just as nice as the stores in st. Charles and Chesterfield. We like nice things and love for our store to be stocked with the things we need. Please!!! we deserve to one stop shop and not have to travel out of our area and online to get what we need.

I recommend Home Depot because they have quality merchandise and good customer service.

Never enough cashiers but plenty of employees doing nothing but looking busy thruout the store .

There was plenty of parking, the store was clean and there were plenty of variety of products to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly. Thank you for a nice store to visit.

Went to store to purchase material needed to replace my roof. I am a landlord and know very little about replacing a roof. My salesman Stu Martin walked me through it; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough). I walked out knowing that I purchased everything I needed, at a realistic price, for my contractor to install. And to add to my pleasure...the order will be delivered tomorrow. What more can a customer want? Thank you Home Depot....thank you Stu Martin. Job well done.

It was overall good. Linda was a very big help to us and we really do appreciate her. Keep her!!! They're was one employee who was not at all helpful to us and was rude (Kathleen), But we've managed to take care of it with the store manager.

Went to purchase fridge was there over an hour customer service representative name was Dawonna she was awesome she went above and beyond to help me with my purchase which was very complicated but she remained patient as well as professional and I really appreciate all she did for me and I finally got purchase completed and my son will have new fridge tomorrow.
