I went to the Fergus Falls Home Depot today and I was not sure where the item I was looking for was located in the store. I was looking for the item when store employee Ken asked me what I was looking for. He then spent 10 min helping me find what I needed. I would not have found the item I needed without his help. Then the employee at self check out again without me asking helped me by removing the security alarm on the packaging. Excellent service! Thank You

The sales representative that assisted us did an excellent job. Very patient, very willing to explain features and look up sizes. He helped us pick the best appliances for our smaller lake home kitchen.

I needed some downspouts and was having a hard time getting the assistance I needed when I met the best employee of the day. Orrie not only answered all my questions patiently, he helped me get everything I needed, assisted me to the checkout then helped me to load my vehicle never once making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. Was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Thank you Orrie.

We purchased a appliance package from G.E. at Home Depot. From the moment we entered the area, Lance greeted us warmly and proceeded to assist us,for over an hour. His focus was exclusivly upon our satisfaction. The retail scene in America needs more LANCE'S!

From the time we entered until the time we left, we got excellent customer service! Each department shined.

Everything went great. From the ordering on line all the way to prompt shipping with pleasant personnel, great company to deal with.

I entered the store looking for several electrical items for my home improvement project. As soon as I walked into the aisle, I very knowledgeable gentleman greeted me and offered his assistance. He took my half-hour shopping for several items down to 5 minutes. And helped me buy the correct items!

I bought all the appliances for my new home from this location. The sales associate, Tanda was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a ton of items in my cart at self check out. Sandy was right there helping me by holding the bar codes so I could scan them. She even got me a bigger flat cart to make it easier to take out and unload in my vehicle.

The employees are always very knowledgeable about products in the store. Good customer service is very hard to find in alot of stores but this store has never failed us!

The store is less than 30 miles from my house and never as congested as the larger stores in my area.

I bought my new appliances for my new home and it could not have went better! Thank you Tonda for your kindness and experience!

FOR ALL STORES WHEN I BUY SOMETHING AND PUT IT ON WILL-CALL , I EXPECT IT TO BE PULLED ASIDE AND COLLECTED AND PUT WITH THE REST OF MY ORDER... I DON'T CARE WHAT THE COMPUTER SAYS YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE ORDER BECAUSE YOU ARE SHORT ON 1 ITEM, THE MATERIALS WERE THERE WHEN I PLACED THE ORDER... PULL IT !!!... I'VE PAID FOR IT AND EXPEXT IT READY WHEN I SAY I'M PICKING IT UP... IN TH MEAN TIME SINCE YOU DIDN'T PULL IT ( JO BLOW ) COMES ALONG AND NOW IS BUYING WHAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR AND EXPECT TO PICK UP.... NOW YOU ARE SHORT ON 2-3 ITEMS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FOR MY ORDER.... I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE PULLED AND READY... NOT EXCUSES !!!... FIX THE PROBLEM

The Fergus Falls Home Depot is the place to find all your needs! Employees are very friendly & helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this store. Highly recommended!

All but 2 consistent employees (perry & cathy mason ) are apathetic, a bit salty, really can tell no one wants to actually work or use effort
