We were greeted by and helped by some very pleasant staff members at the Fergus Falls Home Depot. They were easy to find when needed, and were eager to help us! We were helped in more than one department and each time they had a smile and a thank you for us.....this is hard to come by in some stores. Way to go Fergus Falls Home Depot for keeping amazing Customer Service alive.....it was greatly appreciated!

I bought several bags of HEAVY, frozen potting soil today on sale and your employee, Joseph loaded it all for me with a smile and an awesome attitude. Home Depot is very lucky to have such a hard working employee like Joseph! Thank you!

We bought the floor model Christmas Tree as it was the last one available and still had to pay full price. Not even a box or anything to haul it in.

If you need answers find Perry and ask him. He's been there for years & knows where everything is. If he doesn't know the answer he knows where & who to ask.

Recent trip to HD involved getting plumbing parts for my husband and pick up an on line order. Staff in all departments were very helpful and friendly. It makes shopping for us wives who have limited knowledge of plumbing parts so much easier.

I needed supplies to paint a room, Lois was the staff member that helped me find everything I needed. She asked questions to be sure I was getting the right products. She was amazing and knowledgeable!

I went into the store to buy something that was listed as 20% off in an email I received from Home Depot. I could not get the discount at the Fergus store, I would have had to go to Minneapolis area to get the discount. Maddening and frustrating!!! Several employees tried to help me and were very nice, but I’m still angry.

Everyone complains that the BIG BOX STORES are killing mainstreet USA. I disagree. I became a customer of HOME DEPOT back in the late 80s. My local hardwares and plumbing houses didn't have what I needed. Home Depot FERGUS FALLS MN did!

Great selection, good pricing and customer service. Wish we had a store closer to home.

It is nice to be able to go to a store that is always stocked up and you can find the item you are looking for.

I went to the store needong help with a kitchen plumbing job and Perry showed me what pipes I needed for my project as well as exactly how to assemble it. He went above and beyond to help me out and appreciate it! Go to him for all plumbing needs for sure!

We just had our Quartz counter tops installed and the installers were Supper good and nice. They even showed up early. We couldn't be happier with the Quartz, sink or faucet. The plumbing maybe could have been better. I did that myself.

It’s been over 5 weeks since I tried to get a storm door installed…….still waiting I have spent at least 5 hours of my time dealing with this. Still waiting for closure. My next review will reflect the closure or lack there of.

Chantel in paint went above and beyond helping match a color. They took a door off a vanity on the floor and we were able to get a perfect match.

The fergus falls home depot will continue to thrive with employees like Perry, his knowledge of the store saves me time and he is a pleasure to be around, Thank you Perry for your years of helpful input! My son tries to find Perry first thing every time we are in the store.

We went in for plumbing issues and the worker asked every question and went above and beyond what was expected.

Bought our Christmas tree there. Was easy to choose between real and artificial due to so many on hand to choose from. We went with a real tree that was painted white. We were very pleased to get it shaken and bundled for the ride home. Also were able to find 3 other items we needed without spending much money or time! Thanks Home Depot!

After entering the store was greeted by staff? Looked up app on my Cell phone and located what I was looking for. Thought of another plan I had to do and went to the lighting area and was greeted by a older gentleman in the lighting area. Knowledgeable staff

Sales clerk in the Garden Department when above and beyond by offering to water the plants I had picked up before checking out since they were quite dry. It was very much appreciated.

We were looking for perineal plants for our yard. There was a massive selection, it’s July so many were 50%off. Carol was helpful & friendly, and we were able to get checked out right away. No line and Carol was knowledgeable so it was quick.
