Close to home, clean, easy to find items. The service in the Appliance dept is fast friendly & professional. They are very knowledgeable about the products we were considering to buy We ended up buying, again, from Home Depot. Thankyou!

EMPLOYEES TED, in flooring AND DELA at checkout cashier were both especially helpful, friendly, and courteous to me during my most recent experience at the Fenton store, Sunday June 23, 2019. I would like them to be recognized for their exceptional customer service.

I’m a ‘do-it-yourself’er’ and I’ve spent thousands upon thousands of $$ at my local Home Depot store over the last 3 years while I remodeled my home. In the past I would have rated the Fenton Home Depot 5 stars without hesitation, but they are losing their reputation quickly. They now have a ‘no-cash-back’ return policy for anything purchased more than 6 months ago, or ordered online and picked up in-store. You can only get ‘in-store-credit’, and that credit can only be used ‘in-store’. You cannot use it for online orders/purchases. Very bad policy in my opinion. Forces me to shop elsewhere when doing big projects.

Staff is always willing to go above and beyond! The store is always really clean and awesome selection of flowers to choose from.

Employees always friendly and helpful...and there are a lot of them, no need to wait around (except and customer service) for help finding something, except when they don't have it, which does happen.

Customer service desks can be the front line of make or break relationships with their customers. Fenton recently stepped up where another HD fell flat. A problem was solved and it mattered to them that it was. Staff exceptionally friendly. Because they want to be. Yes, it's likely they're supposed to push customer contact, but there is a feeling that it is genuine. This matters.
