had questions in the paint departmment the gentleman that was working there on 01/02/21 around 5:30 pm was very helpful nice and he new his products i really enjoyed my experience

a few other businesses in fenton,mi could take a lesson or two in good customer relations from home depot. the manager there apparently uses good training techniques.

The store had lots of good deals and the staff was helpful and friendly

On several occasions when I would run an idea past a sales person,male or female, they would suggest better way or a better product. This has helped me by saving time and money. Kind of reminds me of urgent care facility for the semi- skilled.

I do not usually write reviews; however I have been working in the retail environment for the last few years and understand the importance a review can hold for a local business. The Fenton Home Depot is the place to go for any; if not all your home improvement needs. The employees always greet and ask if I need help, most seem to be very aware of where products are and direct me in the right location which saves me time wandering aimlessly. I would recommend the Home Depot of Fenton to everyone who might be in need of most home improvement products and or Garden and yard materials; one stop shopping at a "brick and mortar location". ...not a blind on line purchase.

If you need help with paint, Joan is the person to see. Truly a great experience.

Drive way from north end has vary large holes, it may not be your drive but your customer use it one employee could fix it in, or make it a lot better in 1/2 hour with e few bags of ashphault, it is getting really big in two places.

Customer service desk employees seemed bothered by my last minute 2000 dollar purchase. Very upset with the service received, eye rolls and rude remarks asking if I just got a credit card like I couldn’t afford my purchase without one .

If you like cramped aisles, full of junk, blocking your every move- you may enjoy a trip to the Fenton Home Depot. Perhaps you enjoy phone solicitors offering extended warranties, but miss the personal touch of a smelly agressive salesman trying to sell you home services like furnace installation? Again- you might like this store. If you want your daily workout and really want to be ignored by 'associates' as you try to move heavy purchases onto your cart (or after you need to unload it off the cart into your truck), this is the store for you- they will ignore you better than anywhere else! They will even taunt you by talking to each other without making eye contact with you, or open the outside doors and go out as a pair for several minutes to bring back an empty pallet- but only when it's very cold outside. Pure genius.

Julia at the Pro Desk is the reason we continue to shop at the Fenton location. She goes above and beyond to make our experience a positive one. She saves me money every time I shop here.
