Ordered Appliances, already paid over 1400. Items were supposed to be delivered today but instead I sat around and received 0 calls and received 0 percent of my order. The phone number they give you for deliveries only goes to a machine so you cant talk to people and the store associates say it is out of their hands. How do i spend 1400, not get what i paid for and you say its not your problem? The store and company need to be held accountable. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered several items online April 22nd, the order was still pending 5/8/2020 so I called customer service. I was told they were waiting on a few bags (out of 100) before they delivered. I was ask ed if I wanted them to deliver what they had and deliver the rest when it came in. I said yes, delivery was scheduled for 5/12/2020, at 8pm that day, I called customer service because it was not delivered. After over an hour of being on the phone the delivery fee was removed and I was told I would need to call the store in the morning to get further info on the delivery. Not once did HomeDepot call or email me when they knew the order would be late or delayed. At every step of this process I had to contact HomeDepot. The order was one of several made that were over $500. Why would I continue to purchase from HomeDepot online if the supplies are not only going to be delivered almost a month after ordering, and not even get the courtesy of an update without having to initiate contact? The amount of time wasted waiting for materials, the amount of time on the phone on hold and then with service reps, isn't worth the delivery refund, not worth my time, and not worth continuing as a customer. I understand that things are difficult with COVID-19, but basic customer service shouldn't be this atrocious regardless of current difficulties. A simple email or phone to let me know of any delays would have kept me from typing all of this! Not only is the order going to be delivered almost a month after ordered (and they charged my card at the time of order), but the day it was supposed to be delivered AFTER calling the first time, it never showed up. When I called the store this morning I was told it should be delivered around 2pm today, and at this point I really won't be surprised if I once again have to call customer service because it doesn't show up. I have several large projects coming up and I will NOT be using HomeDepot online again after this experience. Seriously, just keep your customers up to date if there are going to be delays! And the "white" marble chips have twice as much grey as white, doesn't look like the picture, and is a very different stone than the mini marble chips purchased. Most of the stone is NOT marble. I'm not going to try and send it back because dealing with your customer service is not worth it! I'm also counting the bags as they're used, it doesn't look like the full 100 I ordered

They show an item online for one price and then when I get to the store for that item it’s a different price. They didn’t even try to price match. If I ordered it for curbside pick up then I would have paid $10 less.

Store is very well organized.

In the past Home Depot was very good and I enjoyed it. However after today’s visit no it was not enjoyable I was treated with disrespect I was talk down to I had to argue to get the merchandise for the price marked on it and didn’t enjoy my visit with that store at all I would not recommend shopping at this store!

The Customer Service was Great love the cashiers!

I have not had any issues with finding the products that I need for any project that I am working on. Most of the employees are friendly and willing to help if I can not locate them on my own.

I am visiting Fayetteville, NC Due to the fact my son-in-law has been deployed I am from California. This is the first time I have every experinced such a wonderful, professional, very helpful and so polite Home Depot the entire Staff is such a wonderful experince. As a matter of fact I have shoped at Home Depot probably 8 time in the past 3 week just for the fact everyone is so polite

If you need your goods to be loaded, make sure you got all day to wait for them to show up. Much better if you can load yourself, and it's much better if you find to shop somewhere else.

The store was very neat and clean and with as much going on, they had plenty of friendly associates on hand to help out with everyone's needs.

Generally never have had an issue with this location ; employees are usually knowledgeable and helpful, although I have encountered a couple with a more belligerent attitude, over the years, I’ve shopped there. Overall, I have no complaints !

Home Depot in Fayetteville, NC has to be the cleanest and the most organized store in North Carolina. Wow!

I like shopping at this Home Depot because the items are always in stock for the right prices. Customer service is very professional and they honor the military, which I really Appreciate!!!!!

The product I wanted was easy to find; there were plenty in supply. The floor support person came right away and was very helpful.

Employees acted like it was a bother to ask for their help! Girl at register insulted my mother when she asked about military discount!

Excellent product availability. Store hours are better than the other local home improvement store. Associates were visible if needed.Store shelves and products were neatly stacked and organized.

If you need paint then Karan is the guy to see to get great customer service. He is knowledgeable and friendly!

I travel 45 minutes to the Home Depot store in order to get quality service and sales assistance. Too often, in competitive markets. we provide products but hire associates without product knowledge; not so at the Depot! They even offer classes to empower the consumer to perform DIY projects! I LOVE THIS STORE!

Great place to go and do your shopping. Employees have the knowledge of what they are doing and they are very friendly staff.

Where did y’all find these employees? These humans need to reproduce and pass on their abilities of good customer service! Sean, Tevin and Cory were so helpful and even had good personalities too! I could have saved a few dollars on the $1500 worth of doors we bought by going to the “other” store. But it was the service that sealed this deal.

Home Depot on Skibo makes a good day even better. They have what they promise but it's always the person who delivers the service or information that makes that little difference- did you just get what you went in for or did you walk out feeling that you were treated with value as a customer?
