The Home Depot that I am accustomed to is synonymous with service and best products, As of late it is a struggle to get quality service and products in the store. Associates walk around as if you are a challenge and seeing many sale associates chatting and acting as if you are not present. For example some items warrant cash in lieu of using a credit / debit card. While in line this was validated by another customer purchasing a light switch cover and id not want to pay with a credit card as it was less than five dollars. Similarly, I just went ahead and purchased the 7 x Hardie Backer Board since I wasted 15 minutes in the flooring with ZERO success. It highly disappoints me as I have stock in this store and they management and employee(some) show disdain for customers. My experience is the Customer is always right and I do not advocate being disrespectful to others but when I am paying money and service is poor my dollars are of same value that you the associate is earing and will not accept lack of service as I can use the competition and local hardware stores.

The store was well stocked, clean and very friendly associates. The young lady in the appliance department was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked us through purchasing a new washer and dryer.

This Home Depot Location is the most convenient and best Home Improvement Store in our Fayetteville/Fort Bragg Community!! Associates are always caring and concerned about the specific needs of All customers!! My family and I always have an outstanding experience at this location and the friendly Associates who have become extended family over the years our use of this location for our Home Improvement needs!!

My purchase was through the customer service via the phone. I visited the store earlier and found my item was not in stock and had to be purchased as a special order. The process was easy and very convenient. I recommend this easy and safe convenience. This is one of the few times that the store didn't have my product in stock. The store practices safe hygiene and cleaning practices. Several associates stopped me and asked if I needed assistance. Very good customer service!!!

Cashier Nicole is the best person at Home Depot. She has a happy attitude and loves to ring people up. Look for her in the front of the store. She gets the job done with a smile.

I gotta say, it’s easy to be a rockstar when things go smoothly. But the team at this store showed their true colors when they overcame and advocated for me as their customer to resolve a problem at corporate that they didn’t cause. Monroe and Steven really stepped up and took a lot of time out of their day to fix something in financing for me, and it was really above and beyond. I’m a customer for life! Thanks Monroe!!!

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Home Depot on Skibo Rd. Fayetteville,NC. They have excellent products to choose from and the store looks great! One of the store managers, Mr. Casey is a hardworking, great representative of The managerial staff of Home Depot. I have shopped them for years and will continue shopping there.

Get your act together. Associates not being helpful and disappearing is not acceptable.

We are very happy with our decision to shop and purchase a new range at our Home Depot. The associate in appliances was extremely helpful in helping us to select our new range. Also the associates that delivered and set up our new range were very professional . They had it done in no time. We appreciate the GREAT CUSTOMER we received. Thank y’all so much....

I called a few minutes ahead of my arrival needing a specific size toilet for an older house. Kelly in plumbing and the cashier Maya were outstanding, helpful, and kind. I will be coming back.

ASST MGR SHAINA SUCK TODAY. TALK VERY UGLY TO MY SON. I GUESS SHE THOUGHT HE WAS 15 OR 16. HE'S OVER THE AGE OF 18. NOW IF HE WOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BACK THEN HE WOULD HAVE BEEN WRONG IN YOUR EYES. LET MGR KRISTIN KNOW SHE ACT AS IF SHE COULD NOT HER ME ON THE PHONE. REALLY HOME DEPOT MGRS. NEVER BEEN TREATED THAT WAY HERE. BAD TASTE NOW.

The store was well stocked with everything I needed to complete my DIY project and not waste time trying to locate items with the help of the associates. The people who work there are friendly and eager to answer any questions asked. Great service and great store.

The Fayetteville Home Depot store is consist with the other Home Depot stores that I have frequent, Waterbury, Ct; Southington, CT; Manchester, CT; and Wallingford, CT.

I would recommend this store. they had a better selection than the other store I visited.

Great customer service from my experience.

We came 27 min. before store closed. The manager TOM RICHARD blocked the door saying that they want to go home early and the store is closed, and all the cashiers are closed. We had only one item to return, Return desk were open, we had a receipt ready and NOT a single person were waiting at the return desk. Terrible manager and should be fired. Get some one friendlier, who knows and wants to serve the customers.

This store has great employees and they do their best to serve their customers right.

I was greeted when I arrived. Got helped with what I came for. Did not have to wait in a long line to checkout. This was a great shopping experience.

AS MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF ENTERTED OUR FIRST TIME VISIT TO HOME DEPOT, WE WERE OVERWHELMED! WE HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MANY AISLES OF PRODUCTS, MERCHANDISE, FOR,HOME , GARDEN, AND PROJECTS. THIS IS THE BEST STORE TO SHOP THAN ANY OTHER HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE FOR WHICH WE HAVE EVER SHOPPED! WE DIDNT TAKE TIME TO LOOK AT EVERYTHING, ,IF WE HAD TAKEN TIME ,WE WOUDN'T HAVE RETURNED HOME TILL LATER IN THE AFTERNOOM. BECAUSE OF THE RAIN AND THE FACT WE WERE HUNGERY , WE PAID FOR OUR ITEMS AND LEFT. WE WILL BE BACK SOON, BECAUSE WE FOUND OUR FAVORITE NEW STORE!

This particular store was a pleasure to shop in. We were actually greeted in the appliance department by our female associate. She was very polite and was very helpful. Her friendly personality was very refreshing compared to some other stores we visited. We did visit another big hardware store in Raeford on Raeford Road but everytime we go into their appliance department, you can never find someone to help you. Then if you do call by phone to that store to get in touch with someone in the appliance dept., it takes about 15 minutes to find someone. So we gave up on buying from them today and came to Home Depot.

I was redirected across two departments repeated for an item that wasn’t in either. An associate would not stop moving and kept brush past me when I asked for assist. I went to the appliances to finish my question but instead was directed to an area, but no specification as to what isle and lastly as I was on my way to those parts I witnessed a heated argument between four associates debating which department should receive more assistance- and than they concluded with grants and shuffling away.
