Mark helped us and dropped pallets. Always our go to HD store. Well stocked and nice people. Bought $2K worth of Lifeproof vinyl flooring for residential install.

Flooring basement project of over 2100 sf. Mark set us up for a flooring measurement/project. We went w/ LifeProof. Knowledgeable, excellent service from Mark who answered all our questons/concerns. Nice friendly people and store to come to. Managed well and clean.

This place is truly beyond expectation. Many incredible employees working here! Above average customer services. Even, this is not the closest HD around my house. I would prefer to drive here.

Needed flooring for my Tuff Shed from Home Depot. Mark directed me thru different LVT options we settled on the best choice. Mark was very helpful. Sora was also very efficient and friendly.. Steady visitor to this HD. My favorite store. "Highly" Recommended Fairfax Circle Home Depot

I came into the store to complete an order I had started online because I wanted help being sure that I was not overlooking anything. The staff helped me complete the order, including entering detailed instructions for the delivery crew and also getting me the maximum discounts.

The associate, at cashier was rude and untrained for his job, everybody else I know in the store are very helpful and friendly, the store in general its organized and clean, but one person can damage a reputation.

It is a very nice store. I needed carpeting and both the manager and Mark in flooring helped get me what I needed since I needed to add value to my home. Friendly people, nice place to come, and not as intense as other home improvement stores.

I was looking to replace my rechargeable hand-held screw driver. I did not want a gargantuan gun-like tool, but a slim, light-weight one with just a few nibs. I went to the tools department and was unable to find something I would consider among the myriad tools on display. At the service desk, I asked for an employee to meet me at the tools department. Immediately JAKE arrived and I described what I was looking for. Unfamiliar with what I described, JAKE went to the computer to see if HD had something to match my description. He came back promptly and went straight to the perfect item. I never would have found it on my own. I appreciate that JAKE took the time to research a tool he was unfamiliar with and to locate it for me. I was also pleased that the service desk called for someone to help and a person responded immediately.

This is another of Home Depot's fun, fabulous stores, with helpful staff, everything you're looking for, plenty of parking, wildlife (Mother duck and ducklings walking across the parking lot on one recent visit). Home Depot is fun!

Faith, the cashier was great. She googled a plant on her phone to help me find out whether it was annual or perennial. Great customer service!!

Aaron and Mark in Flooring spent considerable time cutting 4 pieces of custom cut carpet and were very helpful. This is the best HD in the area. always a pleasure to come her w/ friendly knowledgeable employees. Oula was very nice @ checkout. Oustanding !

The organization, the staff greetings since the entrance, the attention provided for my question and concern about my needs, it was the most of released stress and peace time shopping in my entire moving time. Our special thank you for Mr Amandeep that even by himself at the window dept., He gave us an out standing quality of costumer service, showing experience, knowledge, kindness and patience with our barrier language. That is no thank you enough to say to him and to Fairfax Home Depot to have him.

Store #4639 is always tremendous because of the wonderful Staff. I came into the store and Ram Rayamajhi with MET, who was kind, courteous, helpful, assisted me immediately to locate a Dept 27 Staff Representative to assist me, whose name was Beni. He also was tremendous and knew right where the product was. I appreciated the immediate and great customer service. I conveyed my appreciation to Alex - she is at the Service/Return Desk and she was very kind and notated my appreciation for the Staff. I'd also like to convey my appreciation to Hassan at the check out area who assisted me in locating my account information to assure everything was recorded properly. He was very courteous and thoughtful. Great people, great company, great store!

This was my best trip to Home Depot so far. From getting my discounts at the cashier to getting my mulch loaded and learning more about the products I purchase, this Home Depot Team was phenomenal!

Always courtesy and helpful! None of the other stores are as organized. I recently got a water heater and the experience from beginning to fully installed was excellent!

Good, well organized

Bought $379.00 mower but, after getting it home and moving it saw the axle was bent and the wheel did not spin true. Box was damaged but was the last one in the aisle. Home Depot should have inspected the mower after seeing damaged box. Did a 1 for 1 exchange the next day but but the person taking it back said, "can't you just replace the wheel?" Customers expect new products to operate like new.

Recently, I rented some equipment from the Old Lee HWY Fairfax Home Depot, I was forced to cut my project ( Deck sanding) short and had to return the equipment due to unexpected rain. When I went to return the equipment, the attendant was very rude and unprofessional. I asked for some sort of discount as I was unable to use the equipment for the duration I had rented them for. one of the sanders I didn't use at all. He could not understand this concept and refused to work with me, this location has lost my business.

Great service and friendly staff. The store is clean and well stocked.

Zayden from the Gardening department saved the day by going out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed in the lumber department, even though he is assigned to a completely separate department. The only lumber specialist on duty couldn’t help me because he was already helping a lot of people standing in line. The other employees walking around were either not able or willing to provide me with assistance. Zayden deserves a lot of credit and recognition for going the extra mile and demonstrating outstanding customer service.

This store is extremely helpful and has some of the most experienced and wonderful people. It's my favorite home depot all over the metropolitan area.
