Ryan was careful to insure that I was able to find all the mdse. that I was looking for. Now I can pass the building inspection tomorrow at GMU. Joe is always there to ring me up in a timely manner. Bravo to both!

Drywall remodeling and flooring projects were on my list today and Mark in Flooring and Abdul were able to assist me in obtaining all the materials and project advice I needed for my drywall flooring projects. Well maintained, and very approachable store with well trained, friendly associates. I will return to this store and I recommend this store to others.

Like this Home Depot for its supply and appearance. Mark in Flooring brought down about 10 - 6 foot marble thresholds that I needed for a home remodel. Visited several stores and this Home Depot had the correct tools where Scott in Garden and Mark in Flooring were able to compare and direct me to the right tool. The Home Depot near Pickett Rd has a working machine to cut lumber which was not available at the Annandale Home Depot. Kelvin who works at the Annandale Home Depot recommended I come to the Picket Home Depot. Allen was exceptional in meeting my needs to cut the lumber I purchased. Allen is very professional and thorough in knowing Home Depot polices and explained in detail how to best cut my lumber. Because of Allen, all my lumber purchases will be at done at the Picket Home Depot.

Service for carpet installation was very thorough and covered all pertinent areas with Mark in Flooring. This is a clean, friendly, nice place to shop that smells nice. I set up my measurement easily. Highly recommend this well managed, well stocked, well organized store. Nice signage.

The Home Depot employees at this Fairfax Circle store are some of the most knowledgeable associates in the business. In addition, they are always friendly and helpful making the shopping experience much more pleasant. Associates like Mike in Hardware, Mark in flooring, and John at Service Desk make the visit fast and efficient. This is my most favorite Home Depot in the area and the United States, and I have been to several.. Well managed and organized Fairfax Circle store.

Very poor customer service at the paint department. The one department that requires extensive interaction with the public. Made us feel like we were bothering him. Otherwise ok.
