From the moment I walked in to buy a washer and dryer I was treated like a problem. Maybe it was because no one wanted to work? I had to beg 5 different people including a store manager to help me get the products down and load them into my truck. They ended up getting the dryer down but my husband and I had to load it ourselves using a cart after they left it! I have never had such a hard time spending $1469 in my life! Home Depot needs to hire better people who care.

Needed flooring for our home and Mark, in Flooring, directed us to the right fit for our needs. Clean, easy access store with friendly associates. Well stocked, well organized, and well managed. Recommend and will return. Mariha was also very nice at checkout.

This Home Depot is more well equipped with proper cutting devices for flooring and associates such as: Mark, John, and Walter who were very helpful. This is also a well stocked, clean, well organized store and I highly recommend this location. Clearly, a well managed Home Improvement Store.

This HD store is convenient and accessible with accommodating staff that got me the outdoor carpeting I needed for my community project. Mark was very helpful and Hae and Sala helped get me in and out quickly. Great Place to shop.

This store was so neat and tidy and organized. The staff were interested in customers and all the areas I would describe as junky in other HD stores were well ordered and a model for other stores. Hooray for this HD store.

The people at Home Depot seem to get it. They know what is like to be customers who don't know products very well and/or where they are located. SO, the Home Depot people take a little time to talk about specific products and variations. AND, THEY DON'T JUST TELL YOU TO GO WAY BACK INTO THE CORNER OF THE HUGE BUILDING TO FIND THE ITEMS YOU WANT. HOME DEPOT PEOPLE TAKE YOU THERE AND CHAT ALONG THE WAY ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH THE PRODUCTS AND VARIATIONS TO USE.

Needed project materials in bldg. mat'ls, hardware, and flooring. Mark, in flooring, guided us thru different departments and gave us guidance we needed to complete our projects. This is a cleaner, more helpful HD store than others where I am from in South Carolina. Associates and Managers are nicer and more helpful and knowledgeable associates.
