Go see Cindy in appliances - she is so kind and knowledgeable and made picking out our fridge an absolute breeze! She helped us look through tons of options/delivery dates/features etc. and figure out what was best for our needs.

The staff was very helpful. Brandon, guy with the cowboy hat was right there when I needed some help and stopped what he was doing to get what I needed. Sydney the cashier was also very helpful and friendly.

I recently moved to this area. I have always shopped at Home Depot (at my previous house), but the folks at this store really stand out!! The paint counter rocks! Each time I come in for more paint, the employee there (and there have been a few over these several gallons of paint), teaches me something new about either paint, paint products, or paint techniques!

In-store help to order an item was good. Website chat to check on order was terrible. "Esoterica T" and supervisor "Denrick C" were argumentative and unable to help me.

My review is reflective of the Home Depot employee, Jake Niemasz, who assisted me in finding items needed to complete a complicated electrical job. This young man is remarkable. I entered the Evergreen store with a massive job in front of me. Jake walked me through the entire project locating each of the 19 items required to complete the project according to code. During this time, a customer approached Jake demanding immediate assistance. This customer displayed a rude demeanor the entire time Jake was locating everything this man was looking for; Jake responded to this man with genuine undeserved kindness. Today's world could use a lot more of Jake. I will be returning.

I'd rate ZERO if that were an option. Drove 2 hrs to pick up lumber. Employees couldn't be bothered to restock floor with basic PLYWOOD. Product was there, but we we're allowed to climb racks to retrieve. AND DESPITE REQUESTS AND WAITING, THE FORK LIFT OPERATORS AND LUMBER EMPLOYEES COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO MOVE PLYWOOD TO SALES FLOOR. Yes, we did speak to the front managers - OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T WORK AND THESE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE. THEY WEREN'T BUSY SO MAYBE THE LOCAL POPULUS ALREADY KNOWS ABOUT THIS LOCATION AND DOESN'T SHOP HERE ANYMORE.

David in the garden center went above and beyond. We found at least 5 different grills to chose from picking the Weber Series II two burner grill.

If I could give zero stars I would. I left the store in tears. Associates could have cared less about me and would not help me find anything. I asked 14 different people. They would just leave me standing in isles and never come back. Nothing was where it said it would be. I walked to the front asked to speak to a manager was given some kid IAN and he was suppose to help me find everything and not leave my side. I lugged my extremely large full flat orange cart behind him to the back of the store and he instantly pawned me off on some other kid who just walked off and left me. So then my tears instantly turned to anger. Worst shopping experience of my life. So after giving up from walking around the store for two hours I went to Lowe’s someone stayed with me the entire time and I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. You all should be ashamed.
