If you need a kitchen appliance-ask for Marty Marrone. He is professional, knowledgeable & pleasant. I don’t know about you, but appliance shopping can be stressful & draining. Marty made the experience so positive & stress free. I will always request him for future appliance needs.

Unlike other places where employees (if you can even find any of them) just point and grunt, if you ask them for directions, the staff here are courteous and willing to actually help you look for items and find the right size or variety,

We enjoy our trips to Evergreen, Colorado but so do others as is often quite populated. I try to get there early for preferred choices on plants. Lots of choices, but some times (e.g., plant saucers) they will already have run out of an item. the downside of being a great store that draws the shoppers far and wide in the mountain towns.

Associates and cashiers are excellent

I am impressed every year with the health and variety of the plants. Employees care to keep the plants healthy by taking them indoors when the weather becomes destructive to plants. Plants, flowering and others, are kept moist. Those that cannot take direct sun are displayed in more shady areas. I look forward to shopping at Home Depot for my flowers and plants every year!

Reed helped me find everything I needed to repair some bird feeders. I didn't have to track down someone to help. He came to me. He made suggestions on how to do my projects better. Self-Help cashier, Tammy, was very friendly and helpful. I'm glad Home Depot is dog-friendly, especially on warm or cold days. It's less stressful to go to a store where dogs are brought inside in the AC rather than left outside to cook in a hot car. Thank you.

Christi working at self check on a Saturday night was most helpful and went out of her way to help us out save some money

It is a good store. Snall but the employees always look for something at another store if Evergreen store is out of it. The parking lot is a little littered up some times. Everyone is friendly and helpful

I received such amazing customer service today. Truly – one of the best ever!! I had originally purchased carpet 8K on my visa (day or two back) and called to see if I could get a HD credit card and potentially qualify for the interest free promotion. When I went in – I truly could not have gotten a better duo. Sally from Flooring helped me get my HD card then called Lizeth. She was Manager on duty at the time. She not only took her time but explained to me that she could do want I needed. She even wrote out a floor chart to me – showing me how I would get a check refund and that the carpet amount would go on my HD with 24-month interest free. This was a game-changer for my family (due to major unexpected medical bills). I told Lizeth – she should be a consultant doing process work. She smiled, thanked me and said I truly love my job. Rare. She loves working for your company… I got the 25/50/100 coupon too. Highly recommend both of them. Lizeth is an incredible manager – while helping me, she got interrupted 6+ times, acknowledged the person/call and then politely told them she would get back to them. Such great customer service. You’re lucky to have both!!

I fine this store's customer service has gone from average to really bad. The supervisors, sales associates, customer service and cashiers don't want to help customers fine needed products and services. Beware of the paint department; they can't even create a quality custom paint color. In the lumber department; there's never anyone there to help. Overall, most employees; maybe one in your visit to the store will stop to help and talk nice. Many employees in the store are very uncooperative and antagonistic. I have shop at both Golden and Morrison stores and the visit was better than the Evergreen store.

Usually have to go all the way across the store to find someone to help you. The best part is that all the older employees I'd say 55+ never have an issue trying to help and they more often than not always know where everything is at. But younger employees are a different story. I come to this store 2-3 times a week finding someone to help you is almost impossible. Even when they are looking right at you watching you look for something you need they lower their heads and walk away. Usually have to go all the way across the store to find someone to help you. The best part is that all the older employees I'd say 55+ never have an issue trying to help and they more often than not always know where everything is at.

Today I went in and was confused about location and sizes of wood . A cashier named Cheyenne , took her time to leave her station , assist me finding wood , and she even loaded the wood on the trolley for me . Above and beyond she took extra time to save me money by directing me to the discount section . Best experience in a long time

I am in this store constantly and have never had a bad experience. They’re always properly staffed and have an amazing staff all around.

The people at this store are helpful and friendly. Sales associate John Eiseman was very friendly and took me to the product I was looking for. Store is clean as always, and everyone was helpful.
