Slighty better than the one on Seneca. But seriously, why are all your home depot employees so angry. It's really uncomfortable shopping there.

Even though there were alot of people shopping sales associates were available for questions, and the store was clean.

Outstanding experience! Got help upon entering store. Clerk was fantastic; so helpful and was instructing in product safety and limits. Bought better product than originally sought...at the same price! What else could you ask for?!

Staff at this Home Depot are very friendly and always willing to assist you. I like the fact that they have mask in case you forgot to bring one.

Got a great deal on a Toro electric battery operated mower from last year. I have been using it for alsmost two weeks and love it! The asociate in that department was very helpful and concise in his knowlegde about these mowers. Never had one before and it fits really well the purpose for what I need it for....two thumbs up!

The garden store exceeded my expectations. The plants are really healthy and there's a great selection of everything from succulents to annuals. Prices are also good. Customer service was great and there was no wait to check out. All COVID-19 precautions are in place.

All associates provided assistance and answered questions.

I walked up to get a cart that the young man was bringing up to the cart structure. He was a HD employee, had a mask on. I reached for the cart he was returning, and he cautioned me NOT to take it, but take a cart from the area he had just sanitized. I thought that was kind of him, he could have just let me grab that cart.

Great store because of the people who work there especially Jeanie. Keep up the great work.

I have been shopping here for many years and have always had Great Service no matter what I need. There is always someone here to answer any questions or help you order something special. They are open when I need them and have the variety of products that I need with people that KNOW what they are talking about.

went in to pick up an order and was told that they sent it back early and i would have to reorder. it took over a month to get it this time and to then send back not good then to be treated like im stupied just crappy service and the employes where not helpful except one

Elliot went above reproach to help me today. I have been coming into the store for the last 2 weeks trying to find a product that online that says you carry. Finally it says you have it in stock. This kid spent 30-40 minutes trying to help me find it. While we didn’t find the product he was determined. As a person that has been in management for a retail chain for many years this is nice to see. It is hard to find good kids with great customer service skills these days. I am flabbergasted at his reproach! I sent a survey to the store but I hope this reaches your corporate office. In this time of..... well you know.... it is so nice to see an associate going over and beyond. Elliot deserves this recognition and however your company rewards there associates I believe this guy deserves it. Side shout out to Kymber for also trying to help me. Thank you Elliot!!

This store was very clean, with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. It was well stocked and organized and made us feel extremely comfortable to shop in especially considering all the problems with the CORVD-19 going on now.

I've been to the store several times the employees are always friendly and helpful. I had an especially urgent difficult project that involve getting rats out from underneath my manufactured home and I had an employee take me to every department and help me with what I needed. There were also other employees that gave me prices on renting equipment and advice on things to buy and it was just a great experience shopping at this Home Depot.

Double check your receipt if you ask for a veteran's discount. They checked my ID, told me I qualified, then didn't give it to me at the Eugene, Oregon store.

This store has a real problem with having attentive and knowledgeable associates. The Manager, Jay is never there to talk to customers and the Assistant Manager (I wish I could remember his name) is Horrible with the capitol H to deal with. Any complaints are always the customers fault. End of story. I have even filed a complaint with the Home Depot Corporate office and nothing has changed about that guy nor have I received any feedback from Corporate. Frankly, it is out of my way to go to Jerry's on 99 but it's a lot better than the customer service you will get at this store. The store isles are crowded with stuff. Stuff to be put away, stuff that you have to maneuver around, and then they never have the right stuff. You need one bolt and you have to buy three because they are bagged. It's kind of ridiculous. The sad thing is I used to shop here a lot. But, it has gone down hill for a long time. Cashiers and other employees gather in little groups and then act put out when you ask for assistance. When they do find someone the answer is " well this isn't my department and that guy isn't here" or "it's over there". But, that's because employees get written up for leaving their department to help a customer. Often they have one employee covering two or more departments I know because they have three or four phones in their apron and they say "I'm covering three departments, what you are looking for is over there." That, is a management problem, not an employee problem. This is why I go to Jerry's. Lots of product and lots of help that is cheerful.

This is the Home Depot store we always choose to shop at. Excellent customer service, very clean store and restrooms, and we always find what we are looking for.

I have been buying from this Home Depot store since we moved back to Oregon in late 2006. I know several employees by name, as the employees at this store are very cordial. I particularly like the repair/rental department; Steve has been very helpful...and has provided useful insights (which incidentally lead me to purchase an item or two!).

The store is very clean, employees are friendly, but sometimes helpful could be improved on. Every time I have been in the store and ask where would I find something, the employee will point and say, " over there". Where is over there? They should accompany me to the aisle where needed product is, and point out, if there are different styles, the advantages and disadvantages of each style. I may not have any knowledge of the product, and would appreciate the help with what it can do etc. If people are going to work in this type of store, they should know about products to be the best help to the customer.
