Geno in gardening was very friendly and helpful!

Almost every time I end up shopping during the week after work, almost every employee is purposefully trying to not help you. Clearly they all appear busy, but it's the busy of trying to get ready for it to close, even when closing is hours away. As a customer, standing in the same spot looking at different models of a product, is it too much to ask that one of the employees walking by in the main aisle could ask if I needed help with anything. Ohh well, I guess this store didn't need those additional sales.

Helpful staff with a well stocked store. Clean, organized and efficient.

The store had a good selection of washers & dryers which was what I needed. The people at the store were nice and knowledgeable. They arranged the delivery with a subcontractor. The subcontractor was rude and it took 3 different days to get the washer & dryer set up properly. I notified Home Depot about my problems and they tried to get them worked out. After all was said and done Home Depot did offer me a small amount of money with a take it or leave it attitude. I took it but felt insulted.

It don't get any worse than Home Depot on Green Acres Rd. in Eugene, OR. From A-Z it sucks big time!!!! Go elsewhere. If you need something for home improvement chances are very high you won't find it here let alone some spaced-out employee to help you. This place needs new management and employees.

For us going to Home Depot is always an excellent experience. All the employee's are always so helpful and their unavailable and ready to assist and help you! They always have a good inventory and great selection of items to help with your projects, and best of all...great prices. Plus they have lots of good deals and sales all the time to help you save money.

Jeremy at the pro desk is a perfect example of leading a team with excellent customer service. He helped me resolve a missing item during my bathroom remodel and was diligent and patient locating and resolving the issue. Thank you!

I needed to change my online order but was unable to do so. I called the store. Serenity took care of everything...canceling my online order, creating a new order, adding more product, scheduling delivery...every detail--and did so with a great attitude.

Pretty bad customer service, consistently. Even if it's out of your way, you'll have a better experience at Jerry's.

They are happy to sell you bulk cabinets that takes 3 months to get and when they get delivered busted up they dont dont have product on the shelf to fix the situation. You have to order again, wait again, plus they cant give you the discount again you earned!

A customer at this store wasn't wearing a mask. Employees said they couldn't ask him to leave because "it's corporate policy" THERE'S A STATEWIDE MASK MANDATE! How about "NO Shirt, NO Shoes, NO Mask, NO SERVICE"??? It just looks greedy by Home Depot... ugh!

Good selection With good prices.

Bought a lawn mower, no associate to help load onto cart or into our vehicle. We were not physically able to do it ourselves. Never been to a home improvement store where no one was available to load heavy items. Now we know where not to shop for anything we might need help with.

Jeannie is the best. Any of you younger people want to see how to make a customer feel good about their visit just watch her. SHE IS AMAZING.

I always receive great customer service at this Home Depot. Monet was super at check and even reminded me of my Veteran discount on an additional purchase. She was also very helpful in explaining how to switch out my old propane tank for a new one. Thank you Monet, great customer service.

This store and the people that work here are great at their jobs. In this harried time they take the time to help out all the customers that ask for help, I know they are very busy but still have the time to do two or three things at the same time with a smile, makes my whole day better.

Clean, neat, & well organized. Plenty of product availability & variety. Employee noticed me & asked if I needed help. Everyone was wearing masks. Very comfortable shopping trip.

I don't know what's up with the employees. But every time I go here, they have been very rude. Are they being treated poorly by Home Depot? I don't know, but it's the same at every location. Please don't take your anger out on the customers.
