Our visit today I needed help and a young man named Evan helped us make sure we got what we needed for the project we are working on.

Was there twice last week and both times had 2 older men that walked me right to the product. It was high so I never would have seen it. Appreciate them very much. It sure saved me a lot of time. They were very polite and courteous.. (and taller than me). One was at the front door, and the other was close by.

I have probably not shopped here.

Maria has been wonderful! We started this kitchen makeover a year and a half ago, but stopped. Maria went through this with us again!! Very knowledgeable!

Brittany and Gabby helped me with an online order placement and product availability in store and another one to complete my order. Job well done to all who ensured my satisfaction.

We're remodeling 3 bathrooms in an old house that is new to us. Needed lots of advice & help. Blake & others were so helpful.

I came into the store tonight to get paint and Blake D. Helped me out! He was so nice and kind and so knowledgeable! He knew exactly where other things were in the store also! Even wished me a Merry Christmas! The cashier was so sweet and a ray of sunshine! The manager lady was also very sweet and kind! So Thank You!

I love their selection of Milwaukee tools. I have been using them for years, and HomeDepot always has the tools I need to get the job done!

Ordered material for replacing my deck. Mike, the sales associate was very good at his job.

This a great store with a very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked and clean. They helped me pick out my very first riding lawn mower and showed me how to use it. Always happy to shop here!

As soon as we walked in the store there were workers available. Gary, was terrific!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the 3 items we came to purchase. (all in different departments) He took time to answer all of our questions and made us feel like our needs were important. Thank you, Gary, for all your help! We will definitely be back to Home Depot in Edwardsville.

Horrible customer service from staff and store manager. Manager was down right rude and unhelpful.

I am just a harry home owner so I just have been coming to this store since 2006 when I moved here from Md. There have been very few times when I couldn't find what I wanted. That was usually some rather odd item, so I am very pleased with this store. There is usually plenty of stock so I can get what ever I need. The employee that I have dealt with were always very helpful and pleasant.

We are moving to Edwardsville and I wanted to buy and schedule a washer/dryer. I spoke with Maria on the phone and she made my shopping experience stress free!! And moving is not stress free so being lucky enough to speak with Maria made my order an amazing experience! Maria has excellent customer service skills, hat's off to her !!! Great job Maria!!

Usually have pleasant experience at Edwardsville Home Depot; recently encountered poor customer service at Cust Svc Desk rep. When transferred & hung up on, called back, named rep didn't bother to answer the call & tell me she was transferring me; instead she just automatically transferred me even tho I hadn't asked to be transferred. I had asked to talk to Mgr but rep wasn't listening and decided on her own to just transfer me to a dept. I would hope that they'd improve customer service, listening skills when dealing with customers, I should know I used to be Corporate Director of Customer Svc, Business Development & Mktg! I usually don't write a bad review, passing it as a one time experience but this needs to be addressed; happens too often.

Went to Home Depot and the garden area is awesome everything you need for the garden they have

This store always has friendly employees willing to help you out. This trip I recently went on was to get 70 landscaping blocks. The blocks were out of stock for about a week and every time I called to ask about them the employees were very nice and friendly about updating me on the status. It was a very heavy load (~1600 lbs.) and the store employee helped me load it up in the rain. She did an outstanding job. Great store and I will continue to shop here for my home improvement projects.

I had a great experience with three different departments. All the employees that assisted me went Above and Beyond. Products needed were easy to find. Store is clean.

I just encountered the friendliest and most helpful young man (Louis) at your home depot store in Edwardsville. Every one should be so helpful and polite. It was truly a pleasant experience.

I just spent about $3000 on a garage door and the entire process was almost enjoyable! Why? My sales person (SLACK) was AMAZING! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs as he walked me through the process of buying a garage door. He told me WHY each option was important but was NEVER pushy in any way. The store was really clean; especially his desk area and where we sat together. He offered me coffee or bottled water and answered all my questions...even the not too intelligent ones. Slack was very patient with me and gave me the time to make my own decisions. The actual product I chose will really look FANTASTIC when it is installed, as well as the new door opener with a battery back up. I wish more sales persons were like Mr. Slack - people who genuinely care for customers. I am SO happy I chose Home Depot and this particular associate. Thank you!

Erika help me with checkout because I forgot my Home Depot card. She was very friendly and helpful. She has the personality that I expect when shopping at Home Depot.

Everyone in this store is so helpful and seem to enjoy their job and service to customers! Friendly, helpful, knowlegeable, and quick service. The staff all seem to get along very well. I rank this Home Depot excellent and recommend it to everyone I know. The products I needed were there, I received assistance quickly in each department. The store is clean with plenty of aisle space. Great experience!!
