Visiting this store was a great experience. An employee named Lynda was fantastic in helping me find an appliance to meet the needs of my household. I will certainly do business with this location again!

I am truly happy, to have this Home Depot in my home residence area and especially with the professionalism and patience that they give me at this location versus other locations. Trust me on my way home from work I have to stop at which ever Home Depot I’m close to at the time like the one on route 22 in Union New Jersey. I truly look forward to coming to this location here in Edison because they are very friendly, very professional and extremely patient to help the customer versus other locations.

This use to be a excellent store, that said I believe all the good employees left, the new ones are not helpful at all,

Generally good experience at this location. There are hiccups sometimes, but customer service is often helpful. Shoutout to Beverly, who is awesome, friendly, and a great customer service/sales rep!

I had to return an unused and unopened item and from the time that friendly and courteous Brianna greeted me until I had my refund took about 20 seconds. super efficient

Always neat and clean. Many of the employees are friendly, not all, but for a Home Depot... many is better than none at all.

I went in to get a copy of a key made. I was admittedly in a bad mood however Franklin helped me with keys and he was so calm, patient, and sweet. He is such a nice employee and a wonderful asset to your store. Please send along my sincere thanks for his assistance. His sweet demeanor made my day. I hope he will be recognized for his commitment to customer satisfaction and for his kindness.

This department is well-stocked with supplies & the layout is well planned out. Excellent sales people & they go out of their way to help out their customers.

Service was slow when I needed help getting a generator off the shelf. In the meantime, my wife was looking for a garden knee pad. She was directed to 3 different aisles before she finally was able to find it.

Nas and Johnny were extremely helpful until the end of my visit.
