I love this super clean super friendly shopping

I live 3 miles from this store but often choose to shop at the Phillipsburg NJ store which is 3x as far, and I have to cross into NJ and pay till because they are more well stocked. I opted to shop at the Easton store this time against my better judgement to make another one of my countless $500 dollar purchases (I usually wait to get the promo 11 month interest free flyers). I have spent well over $120k at several different Home Depot’s and don’t expect flower petals to be thrown down when I shop where I walk, I don’t need a greeting or a thank you (although that would be nice) but at least help me locate what I’m looking for. I went I to buy $500 worth of items and I spent over and hr, with 5 different employees walking around the store 4x, with 2 kids (and that is no exaggeration) until I lost my patience at the self checkout isle and ran into an employee names Zane. Despite having to tend to his area (self checkout). He immediately requested managerial assistance, located an item that was confirmed by (2) separate employees that showed 31 in stock who were unable to locate the item. He insisted I keep shopping knowing I had more items to get before the store closed at 8 pm and he assured me he would leave the item at the customer service desk. When I went back and stopped at the customer service desk before finally checking out, the item was sitting there. Thanks a lot Zane! If more people in the world to simply do their job, not even go above and beyond, but simply their job, it would be a better place. Wishing you nothing but success Zane, thanks bro!

Need to improve customer service

My son was working on his Eagle project everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful with him made all the work so enjoyable. Great staff

Sinthya is an amazing person who works at the customer service counter- she is an angel who helped me get the supplies I needed to repair my home after a house fire. She was patient and positive the entire time and never gave up when my online order had been cancelled 2x's. She went above and beyond to help me and she remembered my name when I arrived at the store after only having a few conversations over the phone. Thank you Sinthya for all you endure everyday. I hope I am able to put a smile on your face as you have to mine.

My husband and I had the worst experience ever. Erin from the door dept assisted us but completely dropped the ball when it came to having our purchase ready for pick up by our contractor. My husband had to go to another Home Depot store to get the other part of a door we purchased. He was charged again and it has all been si bad.

Dave L. in kitchens is EXCELLENT! Expert advice and guidance for planning and ordering your kitchen! I would recommend him to anyone.

Most associates are always helpful and pleasant.

Everyone at this location is super friendly, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Products are very easy to find and prices are displayed properly.

All employees are friendly and professtional, but I need to say maxwell was great, you don't see that too much in a younger employee, I hope you give him the credit he deserves.

Can find what I need 90% of the time. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are great, and the store is well lit, clean, and easy to navigate.

This Home Depot store is much cleaner and more organized than some of the other Home Depot stores I've been in. The aisles appear to be well stocked and most of the employees are happy to help you.

I recently went to the Stroudsburg, PA Home Depot to ask for help placing a large order. I was told a manager was not available but that I could speak with the Shift Supervisor. There was a long line of people out the door waiting for customer service and he either didn't care about helping us or was just too busy for us. We left without receiving any help. Later that evening, I called the Easton, PA store and spoke with Janelle in Customer Service. From the second I began to speak with her on the phone, she was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. She even provided us a time to come into the store and meet with her so that she could personally help us complete our purchase. We did go in and meet with her and everything went very smoothly. She is extremely helpful and EXACTLY what customer service should be! She went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. I would gladly drive to Easton ANY DAY for that kind of customer service!

The employees are not consistent or knowledgeable in their areas and act as if they are doing you a huge favor by helping you with patronizing their business. The store in Bethlehem pa is better!

My experience with an employee in the paint dept. depicted what customer service is all about. "Teddy" was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and made the difference in a failed furniture restoration and a total loss. I have no idea when it comes to the best methods for updating an oak dry sink. Employees such as Teddy, make the Home Depot in Easton the Crowell family's first choice for our home improvement needs. Thank you Teddy for making our project a success!

But more customer service!!! Greet like Wal Mart, it makes us consumers feel welcome. More associates should ask customers if they need help. I get more attention at the Easton Lowe’s than I do at this Home Depot and I shop you guys because your value is usually better and close to my home and you guys have more products to offer and usually better quality.

Store is always well staffed and stocked on products. Staff is friendly and helpful! Very clean and safe for covid-19 guidelines.
