Poor inventory control to website

The staff is always friendly and waiting in the aisles to help and assist. They go above and beyond to make sure that you can find what you're looking for. Always greeted when we walk in the store and Zack is a fantastic store manager

I always find great deals at the cull cart / need to measure the wood sometimes

Every time I shop there Janelle greets me and helps throughout the store. Always a great experience.

We bought a washer and dryer and the two times we visited this location Barry answered our questions and concerns and was committed to excellence. I highly recommend visiting the appliance department for washers and dryers. Ask for Barry Dean.

The customer service in this store is unbelievable. Once I asked a question about buying a mower there was an entire chain of people who walked me through the whole process.

every time I go to home depot in easton, I always know that if needed, someone will assist me. and they are very friendly. Paint, appliance, and cashiers are all very well qualified to assist with helping find the products needed.

Heather, cashier in self checkout, made my purchase possible when I forgot my Home Depot credit card. She was caring, knowledgeable, and gave great customer service. Wish all cashiers were like her.

I dealt with Amani, Lesley, Sam in front at registers( he said he was a manager and didn't want acknowledgement, but he too was worth it. And Duran I think his name was, absolutely awesome employees. Thank you for great service

Never a bad visit to this store of all the stores I've visited in the area, home improvement related or not. Associates are always willing to help and many times go above what is expected to do so

Never had a problem with this store, but after having an issue with a 3rd party vendor for an online purchase, the local store manage, Dana, and his team got the matter settled swiftly, and beyond my expectations. They delivered a new freezer, within the hour, on a Saturday, in a fast-moving snow squall. Can't beat them for customer service!

On my most recent visit an associate noticed I was taking some time looking through the metric fastener drawers and stopped what she was doing to ask if I needed any help. Later, at the front of the aisle, I paused to look both ways to see if anything jogged my memory to pick up and another associate passing by stopped to ask if I needed help. The really nice part of this was that they seemed to be genuinely interested in helping, rather than in other stores where you get "jumped" as you walk in the door and pestered after. Other times I've needed help with plumbing parts and the associate has taken the time to find what I needed and explained what I didn't know.

The Clerks working the customer service desk on the evening of 1/19/22 went above and beyond to accommodate me when the items I needed were out of stock.

How nice to be greeted with a smile and thanked for shopping. It’s the second time this month I shopped here and was pleasantly greeted. And the greeter went outside and brought me a cart and a couple extra for incoming shoppers. Congrats on this service and the knowledgeable employees.

Price on LG wash tower was the best and extended warranty from HOME depot was great. They even offer to return part of the cost if warranty is not used within the time frame.

My Husband and I have been customers for years . We have purchased many large ticketed items. We love Home Depot. We were there on Sun. and Peter Romano in Lumber waited on us. What a great guy. He cut our lumber to the specified measurements. He even answered my question about styrofoam tiles that were on the floor that are used for wet basements. Your Team Members are trained correctly. Very helpful and courteous!!!! Would not think of shopping anywhere else. Kudos to all of the Home Depot employees for a job well done!!
