The employees in this store are generally rude and they do NOT support the military or veterans. Go to Holiday or Port Richey. Both of those stores are WONDERFUL!!!

Store well organized, can always find someone to help

WENT TO PURCHASE MULCH ON SALE, PAID FOR IN GARDEN CENTER AND PRESENTED MY VA ID CARD AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT HONOR THE CARD FOR DISCOUNT BECAUSE MULCH WAS ON SALE. THIS IS BS. ALSO WAS TOLD WHERE THE MULCH WAS AND I CAN LOAD MYSELF. AGAIN THIS IS BS. I PURCHASED 20 BAGS AND WHEN I WAS 2/3 THROUGH LOADING AND ASSOCIATE POPS UP AND GOES TO HELP WITH THE LAST 4 BAGS, AGAIN BS. WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

Please advise your sales representatives to ask for an ID, with the customers residential address, so that items that they paid for, does not turn-up (delivered) too my neighbors.

Talk to francine in the kitchen dept she is amazing. Always happy to help she is never to busy to acknowledge you. She is the only one I will work with in the store. I will wait to buy if she is not there. I have had bad experiences with most employees from the store but not francine she is the best.

Joe in the Appliance Center was very helpful and explained all of our options. The refrigerator we wanted was not in stock, but we were willing to wait the time needed to get the product to us.

We went to Home Depot in New Port Richey to buy some items for our home. The one particular item was to find these certain connectors to put in regular light bulbs in our outside garage lights that require special light bulbs with these prongs on them that are expensive and seem to never last very long. When I asked one of the Home Depot floor employee where to find these certain connectors, and try to explain in what we were looking for, the employee seemed annoyed and did not want to be bothered, When I explained again to the employee in what we were looking for he finally advised us in what isle and not asking if there was anything else we needed, he just walked away. We were about ready to leave the store, but we still need to get other things for our home, $154.00 later. The store seemed clean, we found what we were looking for, but it takes just one employee who maybe having a bad day and not very helpful to ruin your shopping experience. This almost wants me to cancel my Home Depot credit card and not shop at this store again.

Friday March 5, 2021 The Home Depot in ridge road little road the port Richey Florida the Paint salesperson was very upset and calling stupid very offended disrespectful not happy the day.

I always enjoy shopping this store. It is clean, organized, has everything I need in stock and Rene is an awesome cashier who always makes the checkout process enjoyable. Thank you Rene.

I really like the Home Depot on Little Rd. in New Port Richey, the store is clean, well stocked, and the employees go above and beyond to help anyone with answers to questions on home improvement and repairs.

This Depot is my go-to store for all my home improvement and household needs for years now.

How a 6' x 3' x 4', 250 pound workstation got into the back of my Beetle convertible should by all accounts be the subject of a bad survey, but the team lead by ASM Mike at the Port Richey Home Depot simply wouldn't have it. Like the X-Men, Caleb, Seth, Kevin, Dominic and Bill came to the rescue! Pow! Crack! Whoosh! The workstation is so much more efficient right side up and on the garage floor, Christmas is saved! Thank you guys!
