I love shopping at this Home Depot store! The store is always clean and fully stocked with great customer service.

Most of the employees are very helpful, they take you to the item you are looking for. I was particularly impressed with Kale, who took an interest in the project I was making, and offered to cut all the pieces of pvc pipe for me, considering i'm in my 60's and have carpal tunnel. it made the project so much easier for me, and a surprise gift for my son. (it was a drying rack for hockey equipment). Kale took the time not only to help me, but to show an interest in what I was making. I went back today to purchase a few more small unrelated items, and asked for him specifically so I could show him a photo of the finished project.

THIS IS A SMALLER SCALE HOME DEPOT THAN THE OTHER TWO STORES NEAR ME. THE GENERAL INVENTORY AT THIS STORE IS MUCH SMALLER THAT AT OTHER STORES. FOR THIS REASON, I WOULD RECOMMEND FRIENDS GO TO ONE OF THE LARGER STORES. THAT BEING SAID, MY MOST RECENT VISIT TO STORE #1072 WAS GREAT AND I OFTEN GO THERE BECAUSE IT IS LESS THAN A MILE FROM MY HOUSE.

The employees in the lumber department. Mark and Dennis were exceptionally helpfull and took care of my requests. Not only were they scholars but had good sense of humor! Thanks

Very rude customer service at the returns desk. The employee called us Trash five times in a row. We had the receipt and it was purchased only two days prior.

BREA STORE IS MUCH BETTER AS COMPARED WITH CITY OF INDUSTRY STORE WHERE SO MANY TRANSIENTS ARE HANGING OUT.

I would highly recomend Patricia in doors and windows. She has excellent customer service and has helped me with ordering windows and doors now on 3 occasions.

Anytime we have a home or office project we go to the Brea Home Depot. It is close to us, we can find the things we need with great customer service.

Love this store because of the people, pro desk and customer service are awesome. I do wish they had the selection of Fullerton and LaHabra.

I am in a lot of home stores as a builder. This particular Home Depot is constantly friendly and staffed with the same group of employees over a long time. They are friendly and helpful to all with a good range of materials.

Vickie Reed was very helpful with completing my appliance purchase. She helped me with research all the way through scheduling my delivery.

On my last visit, I only went in the garden section. I did need assistance & the employee was courteous & very helpful. She was also knowledgeable.

Everyone is friendly. Andrew from lumbar was very helpful and went above and beyond. He walked with me through the store to find particular products and he wasn’t in his department. He spent 10-15 mins just to help me. I usually go to covina Home Depot but will now be shopping at brea. Thank you so much Andrew!

The store is well stocked , employees are very helpful , and store is clean , and well organized.

Plenty of dishwashers for us to check out and No sales pressure. They were there to answer any questions we had and were kind and informative as to different features that the dishwasher we were interested in was answered. Purchase of dishwasher was easy and before we knew it they will have it delivered and installed. I would recommend this store.

Jesse/Jesus in gardening was a life saver for me.He explained the ins & outs of St. Augustine grass; how it goes dormant in the winter & how it thrives in the summer. Jesse gave me a crash course on what I needed to do so that I could continue to have a nice looking lawn. I learned what thatching was; how to apply annual rye grass seedlings, apply the correct fertilizer and the best time to water the lawn. My front lawn looks awesome and as the saying goes " the grass always looks greener" . Jesse, my neighbors & I Thank You, because the grass i s greener! J.J. Hernandez

Great customer service and excellent variety in most departments.

This store is usually quite good, but occasionally a little light on someone available to help.

Overall shopping experience was great! The store had the items I needed in large quantity and everything was easy to find. Not so much the customer service personnel that I encountered while attempting to pay for a propane gas tank. It's important to look people in the eye when you greet them. Common courtesy.
