shopped this store several Years rarely left dissatisfied. Lumber, paint, electric, and garden are my favorite departments. If an associate was unable to help they found someone who could.

This store is always clean and neatly stocked. There is always adequate personnel to assist if any product is too big or heavy to handle or to get in your car.

The store is very clean and the workers are very friendly. I shop at this store regularly and the management is always friendly and willing to assist customers with any issues. Mischa is a worker who always helps the customers with finding products and directing them to the correct department for specific items. Keep up the good work Brandon Home Depot.

I have shopped this store location for years. other than late in the evening hours when staffing is down I’ve never had an issue with staff availability, merchandise location, or cost. The employees are always courteous and helpful when I need assistance. My complaints would be not carrying the serviceable parts for all the items that they sell and keeping the isles clear for the shoppers. It’s continually frustrating to go look for merchandise and have to move ladders, pallets of items, sale merchandise displays, and merchandise left on carts which appear to be orders that have been pulled blocking isles and merchandise. Also... Some of the lumber selection is less than desirable as it’s cupped, bowed, cracked, or full of knots. I understand that the lumber quality is not a store issue it’s a vendor issue. And lumber items for selection and sale at head level it’s NOT a good idea!

Lenny in the lumber department is always so friendly and attentive. I can always rely on him cutting the wood exactly as I need it and always with a welcoming smile.

Every time I visit this Home Depot the employees are very helpful I always have things and stop blah and other Home Depots you get a headache going in Noriko Home Depot's one of the best Home Depot's out there

Since I am a widow at age 71 years, I have to rely on others to help me with certain maybe all projects that occur at my house. Home Depot have been definitely a major help to me. I don't think I would receive the same help and assistance from anyone or store that I have received from this Home Depot.
