Once again I had a problem finding something at this store was told twice that someone would be called to help which did not happen. I am done with this store.

As crowded as it was, it was safe and the employees were so helpful and kind. With all the crazy going on, we need people like that in our lives helping us with our daily needs. They have sanitizer at checkouts, they have put up great safety barriers at checkouts, they are thinking of us and employees. And they have extra people there making sure we stay 6’ and helping us get out quickly. Kudos

Store had too many items on display or ready to be stock through out the walking alleys. I felt this a was not too safe.

I've call this store 6 times between 3:45pm and 6:35 pm. NO one picked up the phone. I wondering if my "special" service from 5/22/2020 is ready today 5/25/2020,. I don't want to drive there if they're closed or my order is not ready.

Cashiers need a bit of training in how to handle a large purchase of gardening supplies. Dropping a customers product all over the floor, damaging young plants while trying to find UPC codes, over charging a customer that will result in more gas spent to return to the store than the overcharge itself is really unacceptable. Take your time. Each item is valued. I don't care who is lining up behind me. I am the customer at the counter and your focus needs to be on one customer at a time. Other's can wait, just as I did, for their turn. Don't create a problem where you duplicate a charge for a customer. Our purchase totaled $286.65. One young plant was skipped completely and another rung up twice where there was only one of each type of 10 plants to be rung up. Maybe it didn't matter to you but it might matter to the retailers system of tracking plant sales. All 10 plants were the same price. I was charged for two packs of Chive seeds and only had one in my bag. A pack of seeds at $2.49 may not seem a lot to you, but it does to your customer. At this point I feel like not only are we owed a refund, but owed for the cost it will incur to return to the store and our time spent in a long line to get a refund for an overcharge that could have been avoided if the clerk had just relaxed and treated each pack of seeds as a single transaction, not something to race through and have seed packs going everywhere. A shift change was occurring. Still, while you thought it was funny, I don't see the humor in being overcharged.

Employees were excellent

i rented a excavator from the store and they said i could not use a uhaul to pull it even when the truck was overrated, i rented their p/u to pull the excavator and was told the p/u would be available to return the unit. after waiting in the store for an hour for the p/u to return which was 4 hours late i returned the excavator and was charged a late fee. I was also charged a late fee for the p/u because they checked the excavater in first and i had to wait in line to be checked in, their time goes until the paper work is done even when you are waiting on them.

Denise at Service Desk was so busy helping so many people but always had a smile and started with how may I help you. When no sales person was present I gave Denise the info cards and she professionally and efficiently ordered a new Washer and Dryer. She was amazing as she looked and double checked for a Military discount but since they were already on a great sale I was happy anyway. Denise was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the sale, delivery and removal process. Thanks for an exceptional leader at the Service Desk and this store is always Veteran friendly.

I am very happy with the excellent care at Home Depot Store 6305, I was worried that I could not get everything I needed for the sensitive work I had, but thanks to associate Roberto in the flooring department, I was able to communicate in my own language and be able to buy exactly all the required electrical and flooring products to complete my work with my client. Thanks Home Depot for hiring professionals, in order to complete our goals.

Whenever I have a home project to do...whether it is updating appliances, making repairs to my home, or completing projects on my yard....the only place I go to for supplies and information is this Home Depot. The store is well set up to find what I want easily, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and I am able to get in and out quickly.

This store is always neat and clean...the workers are always friendly and helpful...and they always have the items I am looking for. This is the only store I shop at for Home improvement supplies.

Karla, the associate who helped me with ordering blinds for my home was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed. Every question I had was answered honestly and in a way that I could totally understand it. The employees always take time to offer assistance and you leave feeling well informed. It’s rare to get the level of customer service that this store provides! I drive 35 minutes just to go to this location based solely on how well they treat me.
