Don't get keys made at this store. I had two made and both didn't work.

Received outstanding service from a pair of cashiers who went out of theire way to make sure I got $6 off via a coupon I was not aware of. I didn't ask, they just jumped to action to save me a few dollars. Awesome.

I had an issue with a defective washer that took over 5 months for the management to replace. It was a brand new machine that was defective and no one at the the store would help without me having to make many calls and store visits. Yes, we contacted LG, the manufacturer and because the machine was installed improperly, Home Depot was responsible for fixing it. We made many calls and left many messages and the regional manager and store manager didn't bother to call back and leaving messages with the assistant manager and department manager did little to alleviate the situation. If I got through to one of the managers, they would say they will call back and never did. I finally had to go to the store and even then it took over 2 months to get a replacement. For us to have to spend time like this over the course of 5 months and for senior management not to express concern or do anything about it was an absolutely awful experience. It seems as though they are so big and have so many customer, or problems, they simply didn't care about losing one.

Staff is unhelpful and rude. When asked for help they give you attitude.

Stock of smack items is a complete mess. Very clear that no one cares as a manager could spot this in 30 seconds. It is clearly this store as their Parsippany location does not have this type of issue.

I would recommend this store because of the Pro cashier who who know how important customer service is.

I did not like the new self-checkout counters - small area to place the purchased products (not all customers use a card). Besides, I want an employee to help me and not all checkout (with an employee) were available. Whoever designed your self-checkout counter did not think of the customer experience when checking out. Make finding things we need easy; How about installing computer stations to look for the aisle number of the product I'm looking for?

It is a nice store and is close to me but they need a little improvement in stockage, but other than that it is great overall. It is easy to find what you need, great assistance and is clean unlike other DIY Shops.

Store was good. Above average. But the cashier Kenisha (KEN-ISHA) was excellent! She was smart and competent! Made me feel like a valued customer!

I feel there are less employees in this particular store to give assistance. And I am not a fan of the self check outs because in my estimation, it has eliminated jobs for people and that bothers me.

I had an amazing experience at Home Depot from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left. The staff is courteous and informative and I look forward to shopping there again.
