I went to pick up things for a project I am working on. The gal in the paint department was incredibly helpful, and pleasant in a time, where I have not found everywhere during covid-19. they kept the store "line" waiting, the fella manning the door for counting customers, was lovely!

GREAT STORE!!! GO SEE FOR YOURSELF.

Make sure to ask if all items will be delivered the same day. They may split a 2 item order and make you wait 2 days at home for delivery... 1 item at a time delivered without even a notification by phone or email until you call to find out where is the other item. Not to mention that they will give you an attitude on the phone when you call.

Cashier was very friendly and pleasant.

I have been shopping this store for 20+ years; mulch, plants, building materials, tools, AC units, etc. Love this store. Every store and place of business has 5-10% not so great or helpful employees - this store - is less than 5 %!! Most of the time the employees here are very helpful.

First of all very accessible and plenty of parking. They always have what I am looking for and more. Friendly staff.

My overall experience was not pleasant, the people I spoke too should retire they are not happy with their jobs.

The store was neat and well organized. The employees were helpful and kind. Always a pleasant experience shopping at this Home Depot!

Store is in a convenient location and generally easily accessible. Well organized. have been able to find most products that I need at a very reasonable price.

The store is not very organized especially at the hardware dept. Very hard to find some one to help you.

Easy parking Friendly cashiers

You never have to go far to find an associate on the floor. They're everywhere. And always very helpful. I've had some walk me over to certain products, lend me their tape measures, all kinds of excellent experiences with the people there. Even the cashiers make it a great experience.

Well stocked and well managed-a smile from every employee. Judith, the manager, was extremely competent and helpful.

It was a pleasure to go to a store where employees knew where and what aisle the items we needed were located. They were professional and attentive to our needs. Our cashier Christine, told us about Home Depot’s upcoming Black Friday sale and about their finance program. Kudos to this Home Depot!!

Not solution minded

This experience at Home Depot East Hanover was and amazing one! Thanks! Tony in plumbing knows what he is talking about and really came through for me today. The time I spent was actually time well spent instead of time wasted and I thank you very much for that! Time is money!

Had another great experience at Home Depot in East Hanover. Employees there go above and beyond. My cashier, Lateefah saw I was going to have trouble unloading my cart full of 40 pound bags of water softener salt. Before I even asked she went and found a young man (Brandon) to push my cart and unload the bags of salt. Thank you, Lateefah and Brandon. My back thanks you too!

nobody wants to help

My return was very easy - the sales associate was able to look it up using my credit card as I did not have my receipt. I signed up for a Home Depot card and got $100 of a $438 purchase.

Just ordered a kitchen from the Home Depot in East Hanover. Pam Roopnarine was the designer who helped us plan our kitchen. I highly recommend this store and this employee if you are looking to design and purchase a kitchen. Pam made sure that the kitchen was designed to our liking, while at the same time considering our lifestyle. Additionally, she made sure the kitchen was completed within our budget by suggesting a different door style and color selection to help bring down costs. ANY questions we had regarding the kitchen Pam answered. We ordered our kitchen feeling completely happy. I highly recommend this HD store location and Pam the kitchen designer.
