This Home Depot Location has for over 20 years provided excellent customer service. Outstanding advice and direction. They have on more than one occasion saved me from making a huge, costly mistake. I can't think of a better staff to represent Home Depot, I know most by name and they recognize me also. it is my second home. There at least 1-2 times a week.

THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM APPLIANCES, TO FLOORING, TO GARDEN, TO HOME REPAIR IS CONSITENT THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE STORE. I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER ENVIRONMENT TO PURCHASE NEEDS FOR MY HOME.

Polite, friendly employees, knowledgeable of where things are located, most generally have everything someone would need for most construction needs.

I would give them 5 stars, but the customer service desk ladies weren't friendly. All the other employees were excellent. I was there December 26, 2019 at 8:30 A.M. The female employee in aisle 14 area was excellent as well as the lady in the self checkout.

Luke, in the door department, was very helpful. He showed me some doors that I might not have considered on my own.

Ordered items online & had issues with delivery men but the store manager took the time to listen to concerns & rectified the situation. She was extremely kind, courteous & professional. We like this store a lot. It's well stocked, clean & employees are always offering to answer questions & lend a hand to help. Great store all around!!

I went in to buy the Big pirate ship prop in the Halloween seasonal area, only to find that they were sold out! I inquired at the service desk if the display was available to purchase. Jenny at the service desk was very helpful in connecting me with James, the store manager. He confirmed that they could sell me the floor model, and then jumped right into getting it broken down for me. Carma was an associate in the seasonal area, who also willingly and happily got into the job of dismantling this pretty big prop! James and Carma made sure that all of the pieces and parts were there, and gave me patient instruction on how the ship was to be reassembled. I got to go back to the service desk again for the purchase, where Jenny helped me complete the sale. James was kind enough to offer me a discount due t the item being a floor display! These kind and considerate people displayed through their actions and conversation with me how much they enjoy working with each other, as well as the pride they take in performing their duties as representatives of their store. I am very grateful for their kindness, patience, and solution-based method of dealing with this customer! I will be sure to come back to shop as soon as I am able!

I've always found the store clean and the employees friendly and helpful (if I needed help, which I usually do not). I always go online when I need something and make sure they have it in stock before I go out there. The only negative thing I have to say is that they list products in a search and often don't have it in their inventory and if a product is not available it shouldn't be listed in a search. Several times I've overlooked the "Not at this Store" statement in the listing and made several wasted trips to the store. Other than that it's an excellent store.

If you ever have any outdoor equipment questions EARL is the man to ask! He is extremely knowledgeable, he really knows his stuff! My husband and I absolutely love him! He is a complete gem! We wouldn’t have made or purchase without him!

Sales staff Zach is very unprofessional, unknowledgeable, lazy not willing to help customers in any way! He’s obviously not very educated on the store information and how it is ran. Refused to help me and not willing to show me where the “pro service desk” was… Gavon however was very willing to help, very courteous and very knowledgeable! Kudos to you Gevon!!! If every employee were like you I would not have left shopping at the Home Depot three years ago… Although I still don’t think it’s enough for me to ever go back to The Home Depot even after the three-year break!

The customer service is great and most of the people work there are friendly. Since we moved to our house 13 years ago we had many things done through home pot, Hamilton. We remodeled our basement, added a patio, repainted the house, changed our appliances twice, and did granite. We did it all through home depot and we are so satisfied with the work we had done with the help of home depot. If you have business to do in the doors and widows department, ask about Jonathan, the head of the department. He is the best.

Very friendly service. Well stocked garden center. Great selection of perennials and the plants were well cared for and healthy.☺

I found what I needed easily, was mostly price shopping for future projects. Customer service was poor. No registers were open and only two of the four self checkouts were working with five people in line.

I had purchased a Toro walk behind mower from this store in April and after 6-7 uses, I could not keep it running. I called Toro and their authorized dealers and no one could work on it for 3-4 weeks at the earliest. I did not want to work on it, so that my warranty would not be voided. Then, I decided to try to return it, but was denied by the customer service person because it was beyond the 30 day window. I asked to speak to the manager and he listened to my situation and immediately authorized the return. I then purchased a Honda walk behind mower from this store that night. I really appreciated the human decency that this manager displayed and it helped me out of a jam that I was in. The way this manager handled this situation will bring me back to this store over and over again for all my home improvement needs.

Products I needed in stock. Store looked better than most days. Register people were freindly. Paint person was knowledgeable about products needed. Found her at desk on personal cell phone. She promptly answered my question ,only to promptly go back to her cell phone. Had to go back to her to ask another question. A great employee would have asked if they could help me with another product.
