Needed (20) 8' 2x4 for a project; had better quality at a better price than another Home Improvement store around the corner.

The staff was excellent Jenny Karen and Bri helped in all aspects of my special order specialty tool and with assistance in credit application and promotional coupons towards my purchase. Thank you lady's I appreciate the time and effort

Wanda and JR were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on our flooring purchasing. Wife had different expectations and JR provided pros and cons. Completely switched her outlook and provided a flooring choice that she is excited about. Happy wife makes for a happy life. Wanda stayed pasted her break to ensure we had our order completed in full. Once they found out I was military they restated the whole order to ensure i received a military discount. Thank you

This is the absolute best Home Depot of them all. All of the employees are awesome. Wes, in the appliance department, is so helpful and knowledgeable. They have the newest appliances and great pricing. The store is always clean and shelves are fully stocked. I highly recommend this location.

Don’t visit this Home Depot they will sell you use product that has been returned this is the third time they’ve done it to me! And all they can say is oh bring it back and will exchange it that’s not customer service customer service!!!

I would say this store is in dire need of customer service training and acknowledging customers in the aisles. I went in for one thing? Asked what aisle I would locate it? Answered Found what I needed as there were at least 5 workers with orange aprons on and masks that I passed. I went to ask them to measure and cut for me and the guy/kid says yeah we do not cut for you..you can cut that with the hand saw over there. I said can you measure it with the tape measure you have? Thanks...I went and cut but really isn't that what associates are there for to help the customer and isn't it a liability to have hand saws left out for customers to us? Then was in cleaning aisle 3 associates in it 2 stocking one comes in to chat. Not one said can I help you find anything? I was aggravated and not making my way over to this store ever. Apparently since they were an essential business it doesn't mean they have to be customer oriented. Disappointed in human nature.

Already wrote one bad review and because it didn't meet your "guidelines" you refuse to post it. How dare I possibly suggest using a competitor? Well, when your customer service is as poor as your company represented I dated! If you choose to not post my negative review that's your choice but how dare you to try and tell me what to say....by the way your guidelines only state to focus on my shopping experience so in a word - PITIFUL!

This store is your best location. I Always have quality help when I have a project. Would recommend this store for any need !

My visit was at the height of the Covid 19 issue. I am handicapped, and need assistive devices to walk. There was a maze Style obstruction in order to get to the entrance of the store. There was also a bypass, and only three people in line. Instead of letting me through the bypass, an associate watched me walk about 50 feet step by painful step without offering to let me get in line by opening the gate. He then opened the gate for an associate pushing carts back into the store. I noticed that the handicap assistive carts we're being used to block aisles. I had trouble finding what I was looking for, an electric chainsaw, an associate helps me and grab the one from the weed trimmer pile? I asked the checkout Clerk if I could get some assistance with the large box, because I would not be able to leave the cart in the store and carry it, he could not come up with an answer I felt viable so I grabbed a regular cart and was bumping it with my body as I was trying to push it to my car. Finally, an associate saw my plight and offered to babysit my purchase while I got my car. Home Depot says it is doing all these things for our safety, yet I can't but leave with the feeling that they are doing these things just to minimize liability and I feel like they don't really care about their customers.
