I have shopped at this store often since it opened. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff seems to be always in a good mood. I consider this a "happy" store.

"Jenny" provided me with the best cashier experience ever! She even tracked me down in a busy parking lot with a bag that I left behind at the register. Thanks Jenny!

Numerous associates without from face coverings. A consistently rude associate in a wheelchair who simply wheeled himself away when asked to cover his face with a mask (that was hanging under his chin). Aisles clogged with displays forcing people to squeeze by each other. Horrible experience.

It's a fine store, well-stocked and well-staffed.

I love this store. everyone is very Freundlich. I recommended my friend to apply to work there. I am every two day at this store. I always found new ideas and good sales. If I need help, the employees are very Freundlich.

Online orders are handle with dedication as part of the business. Lockers for online order are a plus. Employees are really well trained. They really count on online sales as part of their portafolio.

This is probably the best Home Depot I have ever been to, and I have lived in a number of States, and frequented multiple Home Depots over the years. I never have to search out assistance, there is always a team member walking by that is happy to help, even during a pandemic.

This is a great store with some really helpful people and it is a pleasure to shop here. I only wish the parking situation was better, but it is what it is.

I HAVE ALWAYS SHOPPED AT STORE 6372 WITH MY HUSBAND AND EVERY EMPLOYEE HAS BEEN VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL BUT CASHIER JENNY PERSAUD ON THE MORNING SHIFT AND JOEY GRIFFIN NIGHT MANAGER WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN RESOLVING MY ISSUES. THEY HANDLED MY CONCERNS WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND I AM HAPPY- THANK YOU BOTH FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!

I like this store is near to my house and near many other shopping centers. It is in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. The store is very nice and clean, I always found the products that I need. I am there every day. I always like first to go around the Garden and see the beautiful plants. There are always shopping cars available. The associate are very nice and ready to help.

On 02/21/21 we pre-paid for a new gas grill. We were to pick it up on 02/23/21. We were assisted by Cashier, Charlie. She assured us that the grill would be marked as "sold" and held for us. On 02/23/21 we arrived at 6:00 p.m. and were assisted by Cashier, Chris Ann. She advised that I needed to wait for a few moments while she went to the back wall to obtain the grill. After more than one hour of waiting she was unsuccessful in finding it. I explained to her that my husband was becoming impatient as he had been driving for the past 8 hours and wanted to go home (He is 74). We asked to speak with a manager, I don't know if she even attempted to call anyone. My husband then went outside where we originally saw the grill and he actually found the one we purchased. He had placed a receipt inside the grill to ensure we got the one we selected. He came back in and we advised Chris Ann that we had found it. She was very upset claiming it was impossible and that it was not the grill we purchased. She became very argumentative and we asked if she could just get someone to unlock the so we could take it. "Well if that is what you want, but it's not the grill you purchased". After waiting another 30 minutes or so, my husband went in and asked once again what was the hold up, she actually flipped him off and walked away. I then went in another entrance and found another Cashier, Naomi, and asked for a manager. I explained the problem and she promptly spoke with another employee who explained someone from the key department needed to unlock and would do so as soon as he finished with his current customer. Ten minutes later, no one came back. Naomi then found out she was supposed to go lawn and garden to get key. Someone provided her with the combination and she was able to assist us. It is unfortunate that your employees lack empathy or concern at all. We are both senior citizens and on a fixed income. The fact that we decided to spend money in this store certainly entitled us to respectful attention.

Many items out of stock or misfiled. Long line-ups. Most employees have no clue where anything is, but do not want to admit it so they send you to the opposite end of the store, rather than tell you they do not know

The store was clean and well organized. Not overcrowded and COVID-19 precautions were satisfactory. Self-checkout was quick and easy.

Always frustrating shopping here. Employees generally rude and unhelpful, apart from a couple of them that were great. Everyone leaves here annoyed, they need more helpful staff. Max, a store employee was so annoyed we asked him a plumbing question. He said ' So you just randomly grab me to ask a question' Erm yes, thought you worked here. Don't worry, we will struggle to find what we need.

ONE EMPLOYEE WHO COLLECTS CARTS ALSO LOADS YOUR CAR IS GREAT AND DOES A GREAT JOB!!!!!!!

Parking is a nightmare because they allow everyone to use the fire lane. Currently a giant RV parked downstairs taking up six of the already very few spots. Store is very cluttered and most aisles are impassible with a cart. Go to a different one, this one is terrible. Never enough cashier's.

I love this store, all staff specially in appliances and window doors department Always happy to help. Very good deals specially on Black Friday, convenient hours.

I don’t live in Florida but I came to this store to purchase appliances because they are close me to the freight forwarders that I was using to ship my items (export) to my country. I found out via email that they were having a early Black Friday sale. I checked the prices at my local store and liked the price reductions. Came down to Florida and was very pleased with the prices. This store had a goodly amount of staff on hand and they all were very knowledgeable about where to find items. Also, actually approached us (my husband and I) to find out if we needed help. Kudos to the appliances staff and the pro desk staff. Totally mead this entire process seem less.
