Maddie at the ProDesk Is the best she gives excellent customer service. She always make sure I have everything that I need and reminds me to pick up things that I forgot. She is an amazing worker. And goes above and beyond. She's a keeper. I wouldn't be surprised if she's a manager within a year.

Hard to check out long lines, long wait, no help

The staff, Felecia and Ebony were excellent. I needed a specific type of hole punch plier. They were eager to assist without hesitation and led me right to where the selection of pliers was. I found the perfect pliers! Thank you for your kindness! 💖

Their Cashiers are cherry nice. I had a pleasure of checking out with Laika, she is amazing and kind l. She have a great attitude. She make sure you found what you are looking for if you have a question she will get you an answer. She goes over and beyond for her customers. I love that Home depot hire someone like her

Though there was one item they didn't have in stock For me, that's not necessarily the great employees who made my experience awesome there

As a property renovator I’m always buying materials and tools at the HD. I can always find what I’m looking for and if not the staff is really helpful. I usually ask David (the hispanic gentleman) from hardware associates. He is very knowledgeable in multiple departments and always kind and helpful.

I love this Home Depot! It does get quite busy sometimes but that just means it’s a great place. The associates are great and there is always a wide selection. If it’s advertised, then it’s here no bs. Stop in and work on your projects today because they have everything you need!

Home Depot has kept changing their policy on tax exempt purchases. Some days it is phone number, others it is HOme Depot number, now it is name. Today the tax exempt app didn’t work at all, and they offered no solution other than to pay the tax.

I have been shopping at Home depot For 20 + years. If you want to meet the kindest and helpful sales person in Kitchens Appliance dept. PLEASE ask to work with Gabriel Padilla you will be supper surprised and have one of the very best shopping experiences ever at Home Depot

Went to the store to get some glue for vinyl floor. I did not knew which one wa sthe proper one and needed assiatance. No one was available, i walked alL around the store and there were no employees at all in the flooring area. I went fo customer service for help and they paged someone who never appeared. After waoting 15 minutes we went to a cashier with what i thought was the product i needed. Tbe cashier couldnot confim qnd she was not able to help. She said the only thing she could do Was paging someone again. After almost 30 minutes i left the store very frustrted and without the product i needed. Very poor cuatomer service!

The parking is limited and dangerous. I was physically threatened by a man when trying to park and had to call 911. I first tried calling the store to get help and no one answered.

Their Pro Service department is exceptional. Jose made this service even better with his knowledge and personalized service.

Not one of these workers want to be here and it shows. Slow, sorry excuses for customer service. The store was empty today and it was still slow.

I have been going to this particular location for several years. I have to tell Management how impressed I am with a particular employee of your store. His name is Augusto Gonzalez and he is always there to help load materials into the vehicles. He’s always very positive and extremely helpful. He’s an excellent employee and I feel you guys need to recognize him.

Never fails everytime at this location. Can't find any help, the actual associates walk the other way when they see a customer. (I have video of such to prove)
