Staff was super friendly knowledgeable and easy to find

This store usually has all the items that I am wanting to purchase and the associates are willing to answer all questions to be sure my purchase is what I actually want.

I was greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed help right away. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They were throughout the store if I had questions. Left with no frustration and would shop here again.

This HD garden center has the best selection of healthy reasonably priced bedding plants in town. Had my best summer flower garden in 25 years of gardening same spot. Got a bargin on mums & pansies today & friendly helpful service. Expecting same beautiful results for Fall.

Inclusive hiring practices, great for the community

So, I receive notices about up coming sales. Thursday before Labor Day wkend, I saw email flyer, with electric lights on sale; flyer indicated store had in stock; I drove over, and found Nothing on shelves close to item, Only regular priced lighting, and Not of the same style or design on web page I despise push sales, notices designed to bring in customers based on False, misleading or actual lies. I despise robo calls, which also occur more often than twice weekly. I can't stand 8th graders writing questionaires with no intent or designed value towards improvement; yet HD also subscribes to 'feel good' questionaires, with no true purpose for improvement. You get what you work and design for. I don't care for the amount of crap in filling out some dumb questionaire, just so You can have my email. My Phone number is All you need, and All I care to give out, for these specific reason

The store is always clean. The employees always know where things are when I ask. If I can’t find it, they take me there to the item. Someone always ask if we are finding everything ok.

I would say in round numbers about 25% of the time I can not find in your stores. I as a contractor I that have to go and find and source or online. I could not find specific interminate bulbs medium length. Professional grade sewer blades. Very limited selection pool supplies. The store is clean including the lot. The associates across board are friendly and helpful. Of course there is not enough staff.

I have bought many items this spring and early summer. The clerks/workers have helped me in any circumstance where I had questions about the product or location of said product. I was also given a military discount whenever I showed my ID card. The store has been well stocked, having each item I was searching for.

I go to this store as they have the plastic out door switch covers that I have found to wok the best for my application. This last shopping experience I had to wait for help to find the switch covers. THey did not have the receptacle covers in stock, and movered to an area the had no relation to the cover supplies.

Store #6831 has consistently improved the diversity of products and trained their employees to serve the customer's needs, whether they be a DIY home owner or a professional tradesman or contractor. We're glad that there is a Home Depot of this caliber near our home.
