We've used this store since it was opened. We find the service to be outstanding and the employees well grounded in their work. The store has stayed fairly well stocked in spite of the Covid 19 panic. Kudos to this store.

The associates are always very courteous and willing to assist me when needed to locate what I need! The store is very COVID prepared during this time.

Marissa was awesome at the checkout. Store was clean and easy to get what I needed. Keep up the good work.

Their was no employees around to help you with anything had go find help. Go into plumbing and try get help the employee works in that department has no clue what your talking about.

The store organization is a complete laughing stock!! When you order multiple orders online and you don’t get the right quantity or product it’s a problem. When you take it back they show you never picked up the order when you’ve already signed for it. When you call the store nobody can get you to the right person and you wait forever then they hang up on you. We have had a horrible experience with the flooring side of our project.. they can’t measure anything right. They did however match a quote from two other contractors. They did make that right but now my house floor can’t be complete because the Home Depot’s measuring service is a huge issue. Don’t have them do any flooring projects. They do do a good job with appliances. That’s why I left one star and for the help matching the quote of others.

Friendly courteous and knowledgeable... I like shopping for my home or building projects at Home Depot on Georgia Street in Amarillo.

The Milwaukee tool rep here is a great asset to the store. Thanks for explaining and answering all the questions I had man!

The staff and management always go out of their way to make you feel welcome here. During this covidien-19 period they have been very helpful with stocking high volume supplies and setting up social distancing aides.

They have everything we need when we go shopping for products to remodel are home and affordable.

Idk what kind of employees you are hiring in the front for customer service as a cashier but you should really think again about this girl Virginia. Very rude, disrespectful, unfriendly, I wouldn't put Virginia in my front customer service area.

The cashier greeted me as I entered the store. He knew where my item was located so that I did not have to wonder the store and was courteous as he answered my questions about returning mercury filled light bulbs.

Bought expensive dishwasher Bosch, when delivered cord not long enough to connect to dishwasher, said Bosch doesn't make a longer cord. Not very helpful with what to do other than he couldn't do anything. Had to get electrician to splice cord to extend about a foot. The delivery guy said I would get a refund for installation charges, I called Home Depot to tell what had happened with delivery and be sure to get refund of installation, he didn't know about issue with delivery, he scheduled a new installation for 4 days later. I had everything out of underneath cabinet for installation, so I got someone else to come install the dishwasher at our cost. I called back to cancel your installation, he told me he would call me back the next day, he hasn't called back.

This store is always busy but they always take the time to take you to any item you ask for. Very friendly and professional. Nice to find a big box store that takes the time to help anyway they can. This store is always clean and well stocked. Have always found what I needed

Prefer home depot over any other store.

My wife and I participated in building an in store kit and using the power tools . It was great . Thank you for everything you do and for protecting us when you were overseas in the military. Many blessings to the Home Depot family.

We were greeted with smiles from the employees and everyone was very helpful in finding the things that we needed in the store. We will be back to do more shopping!

Wanda in appliances is fantastic and really knows her stuff. I had a silly question about oven lights and she knew the answers without hesitation. Super friendly, too!

We stick with Home Depot because of the customer service. Many times, the employees have gone out of their way to be helpful. They are knowledgeable of the products sold at this store. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. We've made more than one major purchase there.

So I wrote a review on how I was treated at this Home Depot and they rejected the review because they said it did not meet their guidelines because I told them how badly I was treated and how badl their customer service was so they asked me to rewrite it so therefore you can take it from there on how my experience was

We were looking for a wall oven and the sales associate Wanda was very through and explaining that they would call the day prior to our delivery. We are very pleased with this store for its location and inventory. When we need an appliance, we will use Home Depot.
