The car parking ligth have some many ligth out, only the one in front of the store are working, this issue is making the are unsafe for customer and neighbors.

Also shop at Cutler Bay H D, only if I have no other choice. Not one person seemed interested in helping me or finding product. Pinecrest H D store is very helpful.

This Home Depot is a neighborhood shopping experience. I live 5 minutes away. Every visit is a pleasant experience because of the people working there.

Everyone was extremely professional, from the assistants in each lanes, the manager on top of helping cashier even before they required her help. The prize goes to cashier Ahmed for answering all my questions and going the extra mile in helping me regarding a product.

I usually visit this Home Depot at least 3x a week. There is not a single day that Employee Shirley Thompson stops me and say hello. Her great smile and wanting to help makes it worth the trip

I had the best experience at Home Depot at SW 136th Street & US1 this weekend. Not only did one of the staff members accompany me to the garden area and show me where to find what I was looking for, but he hlped load the car, brought and 2nd cart and then helped us load up our car after check out. First class experiece

We shop weekly at the Home Depot. I find it very convenient to do so at the various branches, especially since they carry everything I usually need for my home project. The price are very competitive. I’m also able to check the inventory levels online before I shop and it’s usually correct.

I purchased a microwave back on Dec 21. Delivery and installation was scheduled for 2 weeks later on Jan 7. Then on Jan 7 the microwave did not show up. We simply got an email saying the delivery people could not complete the job. When we called for an update HD informed us we had to reschedule delivery for Jan 13 - another week away. Terrible experience with HD's delivery/installation service.

This store has two of the best appliance specialists. Ken was the one that I worked with the most during this major purchase. After a horrible experience ordering online, I came into the store for help, and worked with Ken, the appliance specialist, who helped me select the best appliances, applied all the discounts, and was able to guide me so that I could get timely delivery. He is so knowledgeable and explained the differences between the appliances I was considering and help me select the best choices with great savings! While online specialist were courteous, when making a major purchase as I did, its best to come into the store and speak with a specialist like Ken that really helps his customers make the best decisions on appliances. I really appreciated the personal attention at this store, and the manager of the store, Tony who I spoke with as I walked out to thank him and point out the great service from Ken, is equally professional and cares to ensure customers are happy.

Angelica cashier was very nice! The girl standing at the front Christan also helped me fill out the survey and she was very patient and got me everything I needed.

I went into the Home Depot by the Falls and had excellent customer service. I was approached by three different employees offering to assist. One employee , Jamal Dorce, was fantastic with paint and primer knowledge and went beyond the call of duty.
