Had an online order (Urestone faux stone panels) and some caulking was left over. It was pretty expensive and wasn't going to need it so I returned it. Problem was whoever filled the online order for the caulking sent a brand Home Depot doesn't represent. Larry in returns got it figured out and got me refunded regardless. It was a lengthy procedure, but he explained it to me such that I understood it and was very helpful in making sure the customer (me) was satisfied in the end. Definitely will be back.

SHOPPED ONLINE FOR SOME REDHEAD DROP IN ANCHORS AND A SETTING TOOL. HOME DEPOT HAD THEM AND IT GAVE ME THE LOCATION IN THE STORE. WALKED RIGHT TO THE ITEMS I NEEDED AND WENT TO CHECK OUT. THE YOUNG LADY, LUZ, AT THE CASHIERS COUNTER GREETED ME AND ASKED IF I NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE. I TOLD HER NO, BUT DID ASK FOR THE VETERAN DISCOUNT. SHE CHECKED MY ID AND GAVE THE DISCOUNT. EASY EVERY TIME.

Excellent service in the Flooring and paint departments. Very patient young man by the name of Will assisted me with making my choices.

Couldn’t buy a garden shovel because the female cashier in the garden section couldn’t be bothered to find someone that could get the price for her. Unbelievable that we were turned away from buying a garden shovel...at...Home Depot. How does that happen?!

Over the past couple of years the layout of this store has changed drastically. No longer can you find all items related to adhesives for example in one area. It is now necessary to cross the store multiple times to find what you need. Online sales are pulling from the shelves, all too often they pull a product for someone and now the spot is empty, they can not keep up with stocking shelves this way. Also, so many employees that couldn't tell you the difference between caulk and adhesive. I was sent from one end of the store to the other a dozen times. Atone time department associates were cross trained and if necessary would walk over with you. Now they tell you to download the app and go find it on your own. Great, but it isn't where the app says. FRP adhesive does not show in the app, it was on Aisle 4 but the trowel it says you need is not in concrete section or drywall. It is in tile. Logic would say it should be either with the FRP or next to the FRP adhesive. How about putting all trowels next to each other in. Hand tools. Also, aisle markings should hang from center of aisle so they can be seen from front and rear of store. The layout is just plain dumb, sequential numbering from paint to lumber then from back of lumber to back of paint. However, gardening section, cleaning supplies, lighting (not by electrical), tile, and storage are in another scheme. It just doesn't make sense.

Great store! Very well stocked and organized. They have a lot of associates available for help. We drove all the way from Oklahoma to get what we needed because all of Oklahoma stores were out of stock. We were very impressed.

We went in needing a dishwasher and with the help we got, we were in and out of the store within 30 minutes.

The associates at this Home Depot are always friendly and approachable if you require assistance. I do not mind traveling a little further for better customer service (referencing the "other" home improvement store in town). There are usually plenty of registers open, which cuts down on wait time.

I was in store to purchase a washer and dryer. My only disappointment was just one employee was working in appliance section, so I had to wait longer than expected. The one employee, John Beeson, was extraordinary! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions and guide me in my purchase. I highly recommend him!

I recommend this store. The employee in the garden center was very efficient in moving a very long line to pay quickly.

This store is not looking out for the well-being of their staff, Denton is under a mask regulation and the management is not doing a thing to protect their staff by enforcing this regulation to the customers. I will be writing a complaint to the city of Denton when they start taking in complaints on stores not enforcing this policy.

The only problem at this store was under contractor canopy. Being disabled I couldn’t pull up to get loaded will the directional parking and carts blocking passage through.

Have used this store for years and the level of service after an online order I placed was just pathetic to say the least. Time to find a new company to buy from I guess.

Attentive Staff, Affordable Prices and great products

Home Depot has an app and you can go to the app and look up any item you wish to purchase before heading to the store. You will be able to see exactly where the item is in the store and how many are left in stock. Due to not wanting to mill around in any store due to COVID, I found this tool very helpful. I was able to get in and out quite easily.

I have all way like going to Home Depot they pretty much have what I need. I like your BEHR PAINT I have to say it is the best paint and you lumber is alway top lumber

The personnel working here were extremely friendly and focused on customer service. The store was clean, well stocked and organized for what I was looking for in lawn and garden. I ordered online and instead of having to wait a full hour or 2, I was able to get the product in less than 15 minutes.

My Denton Home Depot is the best home depot. Mind you, I've been to 90% of the home depot's in the metroplex on multiple occasions. This one in particular has a crew at the service desk that is always trying to improve my time there. Orlando, Lacey, Bryan, pick one. They're all great. They will find any window of time to meet your needs despite it being last minute, or in busy times of the day. All of the cashiers are great. Ms. Angela Counts is my absolute fave, and has been for years. She might be a big reason why they're all so great. Shirley is stocker/helper in Tools, she has been taking great care of me for years also. All of these people mentioned deserve a swift pat on the back once in a while, cuz they really are a big part of the reason I carry a hefty amount of materials to another city as opposed to picking up in that city accordingly. Great Job DHD!

Great experience

Friendly store employees and quality of service. We are HD fans but the Denton one is our preferred go to. We’ve compared it to other HDs and this one is the best. The employees seem to genuinely care about finding solutions and helping customers. This seems to result in a lot less mistakes. Erica was a highlight today going above and beyond. She made a difference in our day.

Had to return a 7 year old water heater. Absolutely no hassle at all. Excellent customer service through the whole process. The bad heater was unloaded for me while I was doing the paperwork. Service doesn't get much better then that.

Shopping at the Denton Home Depot Store is great experience. The merchandise is displayed in an "easy to find" way with signs and directions to find whatever one is trying to locate. There seems to be a good variety of choices for whatever one is looking for. Also, we noticed the there are Home Depot employees stationed around to answer questions or help the customer locate exactly what he/she is looking for. The checkout procedure is quick and easy! We recommend this Home Depot !
