Best Home Depot in my opinion. Amazing customer service. Great group of people. Really enjoy shopping at this location.

One of the best HD that i have been to as far as employee assistance and friendly. I use the Por Sales department a lot for material, quotes and deliveries. Sandy in pro sales is one of the best to me in her department. Sandy always greets with a smile and always willing to help.

This store has the best cashiers and Pro desk.

I shop at Home Depot all the time. There is always something that needs fixing and I stay busy fixing them. That means a lot of trips to Home Depot! Even though I live 10 minutes away from a hardware store I would rather drive the 20 minutes it takes to get to Home depot just because of the friendly service they provide. They have always been helpful to me and the store is always clean, well stocked, and well organized. And no matter what associate I turn and see walking through they always wear smiles on there face and greets us that makes my shopping experience so much better and brighter. Thank you Home Depot associates of Denham Spriings.

Home Depot is a great store to shop at. Normally, I will find everything that I would go for. At this visit however, I was unable to find item that I was looking for, but an employee at the store was readily willing to help and when she could not find item either, she went to another employee who took the time to look it up on her phone and informed me that the item that I was looking for had been ordered but not arrived yet, possibly due to the holiday season. I believed that the first employee was fairly new. I appreciated their readiness and willingness to assist me.

My husband & I live 20+ miles from the Denham store. There are at least three other Home Depots closer to where we live. We would rather drive farther to the Denham Springs store to buy what we are looking for, ESPECIALLY when Dave at the Pro Desk is there to help us! He is Super Helpful & Super Friendly & Courteous! Thanks again, Dave! :)

Today was a very crazy day. My washing machine broke, my faucet in bathroom is leaking and I hatted that I had to get new washer. I didn’t have the money. Almost in tears I applied for project loan got approved. It was looking up. Got washer picked out and went to go pay for it and the project loan was working. Everyone helping me but Tony (I believe a manager) and Shauncia (I believe supervisor) stayed by my side called the loan people and made a way. Helped get washer lower just so I could purchase and get delivered. They went above and beyond to help me. Them and everyone else is so greatly appreciated!!! They made a day that was horrible turn completely around. I hope and pray they are so blessed. Thank you Home Depot for great amazing outstanding employees!!!

I really do enjoy shopping at the Denham Springs Home Depot store (a little too much!) and am very happy we have a convenient location. I especially appreciate the employees in the Paint Dept. Ms. Denni goes above and beyond to help her customers. I appreciate the fair prices and sales and even the occasional coupon they email to me. I especially love that Home Depot appreciates and helps our veterans.

Overall a very clean store and usually well stocked. I do not like the self check out at all, I am not a cashier. The employees seem to be very knowledgeable in their departments though it may take a few minutes to find an employee. Overall I give it 5 stars though.

Unfortunately, had to do a return, but the employee was friendly and fast and returned money to my credit card without a problem.

The Denham Springs store offered excellent products and timely service from start to finish.

I was delighted to hear of HD participation in completing a home for a couple who had dire need of help since the 2016 flood. Wonderful hearts of service and consideration.

It was clean. Well organized and it was teeming with employees ready and willing to help anybody that they could. I could just feel a good presence when I walked into that store! I felt relaxed and calm and at peace!

If you need flooring go to this location and ask for Deremy Scott he is very helpful !

Absolutely the best store in the greater Baton Rouge area. The level of attention given to me during my visit was above and beyond anything I could have expected. Thank you, Elina, and to all the other people who helped try to locate my grille. I only shop at y'alls location.

There are several hard working sales people in the Pro Dept. that go out of their way to be helpful at this store.

The employees at this store is always friendly, if I ask for help they are always eager to help. The store is always clean.
