I love my neighborhood Home Depot. There has never been a time when in the store that I needed assistance that someone was not willing or friendly in assisting me. Cashiers are very proficient and friendly.

The store was clean, products were fully stocked and the staff was friendly. I look forward to returning. Stacie was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

And in the 4 days since we were there - we have recommended it several times. It seemed to have a whole new attitude - more customer service oriented. It's a clean, well stocked store with friendly, helpful, professional employees. It was easy to locate someone to help - we did not have to go up and down aisles looking for someone and then finding out the someone we did finally locate didn't know where anything was and didn't offer to help find the item or find anyone else to help. FANTASTIC CHANGE!

The manager was not helpful at all. Me and my husband purchased an under counter garbage unit. We get home, opened it up to install and both instructions and hardware are missing. I call the manager at the store and was asked “did you ask for a discount at the register? Were there more?” I told him “no to both questions. I also didn’t know it was missing items.” He said “well then there’s not much I can do. You can just bring it back.” I asked “so you want me to drive all the way back to bring an item I need back?” He said “yeah. Sorry for the inconvenience.” My husband, who is a superintendent for a construction company, just spent 3 HOURS trying to piece together this thing so we won’t have to drive back over there and it still isn’t working correctly! I paid $75+ for an item that doesn’t work correctly, was missing instructions and all hardware and was just told nonchalantly “sorry for the inconvenience.”

This is the busiest HomeDepot ,because of the huge increase in population and ongoing recovery from the 2016 flood the employees need to be increased in number. The garden center has no customer service except for cashiers This place’s bottom line could go through the roof if improvements can be made

It's bad when you have to go in store to get stuff they forgot to bring out with your online order.

If you enjoy shopping at a Home Depot, consider going to the one in Denham Springs, LA and prepare to be wowed! They are all very friendly and helpful and can guide you to whatever you might need. Most employees can tell you the aisle number where the object can be located and which side of the aisle! I was astounded when one of the men told me these instructions and was more so when it was exactly where he said it would be. If you aren't sure exactly what you need or what it's called, they will take you to the area where you can shop for that whatchcallit. The store is always clean. The personnel will actually help you load up what you have if you can't handle it. Go there - you won't be disappointed !

Excellent customer service here and all the employees were working hard. Thank you to the woman that walked us to the back to find what we needed. Y'all are doing something right at this store, very impressed with all of the employees today.

An awesome place to get what you need to do a job and get it done right

I was passed from one employee to another. when finally checked out it was wrong. I was overcharged then no one wanted to fix it. Was there 3 hours for this one purchase. Repeatedly demanded a manager. FINALLY got one who refunded me my credit.

Do not use this location for delivery. Zero communication, failed to fulfill order, and still waiting on the delivery....

Keep up the good work! The kindness is very much appreciated!

Debra, the cashier, is the best cashier I have ever experienced at Home Depot. She is always nice, and I always get her when I go. I shop at Home Depot Weekly, sometimes up to 4 times per week. Every single interaction with her in any given situation or interaction is always a great experience. I would not say this for all employees, only her. Overall everyone is very nice at this Home Depot, and very helpful, but Debra is the best! My Brother and I shop for maintenance and general construction materials and items constantly. Overall the quality and selection of this particular Home Depot is the best in the area by far. However, the lumber quality for certain materials is very poor, consistently, and always has to be gone through to get the best you can. This is not reliable, and could be improved on. This is a clean Home Depot though, in comparison to other Home Depot in the area, or even other competitors, it still is very clean. I see cleaners all the time working.
