I have been help by two of your employees by the names of; Nicole Marshall and Jamilah Hinds.they make our shopping a lot easier .excellent customer service and really friendly. If they didn't have the product we we looking for it at the store ,they help us to order online. Definitely great experience shopping at your store. If there is a score to describe our experience with the two of them, from 1 to 10 definitely we will give them 10+

As I said in my other comments, We actually had two people come and see if we needed help. Isaiah was the one who helped us on the floor. He actually took the time to explain how the back of the grout bag actually tells you how much you need for what size tiles we are using. Then when he realized that we actually picked a tile that was online, he directed us to Jah (JXH5758) to handle the internet transaction. She also was extremely patient and helpful with locating the tile, changing info because we weren’t sure if we wanted it delivered or picked up by our contractor! We had a wonderful experience with these two employees as they made our visit to DP HD very simple and quick!

Kat the cashier was extremely friendly and nice she helped make sure I got the help I needed.. even when no one came she made sure to call someone else... when I checked out it was busy she handled everyone very quickly and very friendly! She definitely made my shopping experience very good!

As soon as I came in Kat helped me with what I needed.. store was clean and had a great stock! Kat then helped me check out she was very nice! Would come back!
